Joel to the rescue! I called early morning, Rich @ dispatch was courteous, fast-acting and responsive. Joel came, inspected the job, made a suggestion that I accepted as prudent AND cost-effective. He was kind, very competent and an amusing companion for the hour he was here.

Fast service. It's never fun to have to spend money on household repairs, and plumbing repairs are generally expensive. But it can be made better by competent service and good customer care. I recommend Antonio for his courtesy and efficiency.

Larkin plumbing was extremely helpful. They were able to come out immediately, fixed our sink for minimal cost, allowed us to pay over the phone. Overall they were great to work with and we'll definitely use them in the future

Honestly, I can't even tell you whether or not they do good work because I waited 4 hours for them and they didn't even show up. When I called they didn't apologize they just said that their plumbers were held up at jobs and wouldn't be making it that day. When I said that a courtesy call would be nice they said nothing and tried to reschedule for the next day, okay, but I already took one day off of work for this and couldn't take another, the next time both of our schedules lined up were a week later! I have had 6 phone conversations with this company and none of them were professional or kind. I wouldn't recommend them solely based off of their poor professionalism and phone etiquette.

I called to have four Toto toilets installed. They told me on the phone it is $165/h and it takes 1 1/2 hours roughly. Thats already expensive. (They were recommended by Toto)

Bob the plummer could only install one toilet because of missing Toto parts. Lucky for me!! It took him 3 hours for one but, and this is what pisses me off, he charged me for 3.6 hours ($595) cause he was waiting in line at the gate to our neighborhood.

The time to charge customers begins when you get to their house, not when you sit in traffic!!!

He also charged $6.95 trip charge (gas, wear and tear), really?!? $18.95 for a wax ring and $8.95 for bolts. Lowe's has a wax ring with bolts for $9.95.

A total ripoff, and Larkin won't be coming back for the other toilets.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are a bunch of lying people who threatens customers with false information. You ask how they threaten? They said that Clark County will fine me thousands of dollars for something that is not compliant unless we hire Larkin to do a job. They ask for a payment twice of other companies and unless we hire them, they will report it to the county. We decided to get a second opinion and things were fixed at half the cost. What do you know...clark county came out the next day only to be sent back home. They said they received a complaint. Only the plumbing company we hired and Larkin knew of the situation. If this company does this to customers, can you imagine what other shady things they will do to other people??
AGAIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

Carl replaced the main line in my front yard this morning. When I got home from work the yard looked PERFECT...like nothing had ever been amiss. I have only NOT USED Larkin one time and I deeply regretted it. Larkin is not the cheapest... but they are the best. Carl is very talented.

I was desperate for heating elements for an extremely rare ""swirl tube"" water heater. They not only had the parts in stock, but the counter help was polite, smart and experienced. Totally saved my neck. Thanks, and keep these in stock please for me!

We had a great experience with Larkin Plumbing over the past two days. I first called the business and spoke with Rich, explaining to him our situation and time frame. I was requesting an estimate on what we needed to have done. Rich was very polite and professional and provided a estimate that seemed fair. Rich explained that even though he provided an estimate, it was only an estimate but assured me of a worst case scenario. An appointment was made for 9am this morning. This morning around 8am I was called by Tev, the service tech assigned, who advised he was on his way to our home. Tev arrived early and greeted me with a smile and hello. Tev did a great job in completing the tasks that needed attention, in a time frame that was shorter than expected. Tev was very professional yet friendly as he went about his duties. He took the time to answer my questions about the task at hand and also several other plumbing questions that I had. Tev finished the job ahead of schedule and then cleaned up the job area. The final bill was lower than the original quote, in which I was pleasantly surprised. After this experience with Larkin plumbing, they will be my ""go to"" company for all my plumbing needs.

I found Larkin based upon the reviews when I needed a plumber quickly for an after hours emergency.
I must say, what a wonderful experience!! Dick was amazingly helpful, friendly, and straightforward. He let me know he could send someone, but it might take a while. He then proceeded to guide me through how to temporarily fix my problem. And it worked!! What fabulous customer service, which is a rare gem these days! Thank you, Dick! You have earned a lifelong customer!
