Was scheduled to have work done and he never showed up. And when I tried to leave a message at his number, mail box was full, so could not leave a message. Very disappointed in the fact after 3 weeks he still has not had the courtesy to say ""I am too busy"" or anything.

I can only confirm what the previous review stated. We paid for a complete removal of copper lines and a replacement with PEX. He took 80% upfront and did quite a bit of work on the first day. That's when it started to go downhill. To get him to show up for day two and three was a months long process. Thank god he got the existing fixtures working after day one, so we didn't have any issues with water supply to the house, but it was still rather annoying to have such a delay. After that (hindsight is always 20-20) we ordered a shower, a shower dome, and a shower door from him. I couldn't find the model anywhere and the price was ok, so I had nothing to lose, right? Well, not so fast. He wrote up an invoice when he delivered the shower that included full installation of the shower, including door and drain hook up. My wife wrote a check for the full amount before work commenced. That was about a year and a half ago. He showed up to drop off the shower and the dome, which I put together and in place myself and he showed up at a later time to hook up the water, 30 minute visits each time. I haven't used the shower yet, No door installed (which he kept at his place) and no drain hooked up. I took a total of 3 half-days off of work to be at home when he ""scheduled"" to complete the work we already paid for and add to that a couple of Saturdays he promised to show up and nothing... I called him countless times, I texted him, etc. NOTHING... I have basically given up and will take him to small claims next week. DO NOT, no matter how urgent or how cheap, hire this guy. He is a disgrace for his trade. I wouldn't have as big of an issue if he would at least cancel his scheduled work or at least try to come up with a stupid excuse. He rather chooses to turn off his phone or ignore your calls and texts. It's ridiculous!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Paid these plumbers $5,000 to completely fix the broken pipes in my house. Did not finish in nearly two years and had to pay another plumber from Grand Forks to finish the job. Does not return calls and if you do get a hold of them they give you one excuse after another.

Avoid at all costs.
