Spencer is the man, very much appreciate his honest and up-front approach. Very professional, showed up on time, gave me a call/text beforehand letting me know he was on his way and was very considerate given the current covid climate making sure he was respectful of our home. Did a great job installing a rough in valve for a bathroom I was remodeling and all at a reasonable price. Was also willing to answer my questions after the install and give me some pointers on finishing the job. Would hire again and again.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. We had two clogged toilets so we placed a call to Spencer first thing in the morning, about 8:00 am. He came right over and was working on the job by 8:20. He was very friendly, very professional, evaluated our problem and proposed a solution with estimated quotes. Since there were two toilets needed repair Spencer gave us a ""volume discount."" He completed the job in about 40 minutes and the toilets were flushing as if they were brand new. It was a pleasure doing business with Large Plumbing. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. I will not hesitate to call Large Plumbing the next time we need any kind of plumbing or water heater installation.

I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

So here we are hunkered down at home during a pandemic and our hot water goes out. I called Spencer at the end of the day thinking I probably wouldn't hear from him until the following day. To my relief he texted me that evening and said he'd be at my house first thing in the morning.He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went out to get the part, and returned and promptly fixed our water heater. I am so glad to have Spencer's company to call for any plumbing issues. He's awesome!

What a life saver, our Sear Kenmore 4 year old hot water heater stopped working just after Thanksgiving, I called the Sear 1-800# and since the Kenmore line is nolonger sold, and parts are not available without special order from overseas, the company who told over the Sears brands no longer honors the warranty, so I called Scott English Plumbing who said yes, they have the parts for Kenmore and scheduled a tech to come out, when the tech arrived he said they do not have the parts but walked me through ordering the part on-line through Amazon, and rescheduled for the end of the week. On Friday Scott English sends out another tech who says this is the wrong part, so called Sears parts, the part (replacement burner) is over $400 and will not arrive for 6-8 weeks, so off I go to Ferguson to order a new hot water heater. Luck has is the Spencer from Large Plumbing was there, and said if I buy the tank and parts, he can come over first thing on Saturday for $600 (btw: Scott English would not return until Wednesday at charge $800 - $1000 for install). True to his work, Spencer was at my house at 9:15, and did an outstanding job, and was done around 11:30, which included swapping out the old gate value to a new ball value.

Not only is this company local, they are fast and honest, a rarity this day and age.
