I had a plumbing problem which was caused by my pressure regulator. I had called another company and quoted me a very outrageous price. So I called Quality and Omar and Octavio showed up by the way very professional. They informed me of my problem quoted me a very reasonable price with in my budget and all I can say is they are amazing. Very nice work. I will highly recommend them to friends and family

It's hard to find honest people in all sort of business. Unfortunately, my experience with Quality Plumbing was not the greatest. I had already an idea of what the problem was but since dealing with gas, I decided to request a profesional. I requested a tech to come out and fix my water heater. Since it was after hours, I knew, it was going to be pricey. My family needed hot water to I decided to take a hit. Tech came out and looked at my heater. I was told the GE WATER HEATER parts are really hard to get so I was given two options:
1. Get the parts ordered, since those are hard to find, I'll be without water for few days. Estimate $400 parts plus $200 to install it... total $600
2. Replace the whole water heater. Since it is about 10yrs. old, it was probably my best option. Installed next day, total cost about $1500
I wanted to sleep on my decision, so gave a check for the service and he left.
Next morning, went to Home Depot and bought an universal Thermacouple combatible with GE.
Spent, $19.99 and 30 minutes and problem was fixed.
I always try to see the good side of things, but find it hard to believe that, he (a professional) was not aware that GE took universal parts.
I really wished, the outcome would have been different, but it was not.

Found a kitchen sink disposal leak this morning when my toes got wet when I ran the water. Saw the ad for Quality Plumbing in my association newsletter. Called and David was here in 30 minutes. He checked the issue and gave me my options clearly and accurately. While he didn't have the right unit with him he was able to return with it in about 20 minutes and had it installed quickly. Prices seem fair and they gave a senior discount. He left no mess, was professional and polite. Outstanding service in a time when it's hard to find.

Worst service I have ever received . Plumber came out to fix a problem .. He left we paid him and hours later we realize it was never fixed .. It was later when we realized so they were closed we called the very next morning and they did not care at all we told them it was not fixed and they said they could not do anything for us if they wanted them to go back we would be charged again but nothing was fixed no discount nothing horrible service so we are pretty much out that money and now have to hire a different company to fix the problem .. Do not recommend !!!! Will never use their services again !!!

This is the BEST plumbing company ,in my 60 years, that I have ever come in contact with (and there have been many). Robert, the technician, was on time, clean and polite. Most importantly he was EXTREMELY skilled and talented. I would recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing, piping or anything to do with your water delivery systems. Their pricing beat anyone we contacted and the work was excellent!!! Three shout-outs for this company and the whole staff at Quality Plumbing.

This review is intended to be HELPFUL, not harmful to the business. Customer service should be a little more circumspect when working with customers. The situation as brief as possible. Plumber installed water regulator. On the same day I realized that the water to the swamp cooler had been turned off. When I turned it back on I noticed a constant drip coming from the fixture. Granted it was not connected to where the plumber had installed the water regulator, it was about 6 inches downstream from where he had done his work. I called and had plumber came out again and customer service rep. told him there would have to be a $90 + charge for fixing something they were not responsible for. Plumber said it would take 10 min to fix. No thank you very much! All I know is that before the plumber came there were no leaks with respects the fixture connected to the swamp cooler. After he left, there was. Now, I will not recommend this company and also will not call them again, and ALL for just not spending 10 min to fix a problem, no matter who had broken it. There is NO wisdom in this approach to servicing customers.

Excellent Service!! This is the 2nd time I have used their services. They always arrive promptly. John was the service rep and he explained everything and quickly fixed my problem. Also it was very quick to get an appt, same day both times. So if you need quality, professionalism and quick responses this company is for you!
