We called Jim at around 8:00 pm last night when we discovered that the hose from our gas grill had become disconnected from our natural gas connection. He called back instantly, asked us to send him photos of the hose and connection, and talked us through reconnecting it. Jim spent more than a 1/2 hour with us and refused any payment for his guidance. He was generous with his time, patient and gracious.

I had an appointment with Larchmont Plumbing in which they stated that they would be at my home between 11:00AM and noon. I waited around until 2:00PM and they never showed and never called.

charged $185.00(w tax) just to get an estimate. Pushes expensive repairs. Look elsewhere. i found another plumber who charged $85.00 for the estimate and when with them. The repair was cheaper and was done in 2hrs.
