Lonnie, a plumber from La Pine Plumbing, did a great job retrieves the fastening nut for the American Standard in order to fasten the spread head. It was lost at the base of the curved neck when it unsuspectedly retracted. He also cleaned the water supply screens and correctly reoriented the hot/cold supply lines. He charged minimum service for fixing several problems. I highly recommend Lonnie and La Pine Plumbing for their attention-to-detail and their professionalism.

Over the past few years I've used La Pine Plumbing to fix my Well Pump and Pressure Tank, Replace Anode Rod in Hot Water Heater, Install Bidets in the bathrooms and replace all my faucets in the house. They are very professional and charge a fare price. I would recommend them if you live in the La Pine Sunriver areas.

Our tankless water heater stop working and I called at least five plumbers. We live in Crescent Lake, Oregon and it's hard to get someone to come out in the same day. However, La Pine Plumbing came to the rescue. They had someone out the same day! Cody fixed our problem and we are back in business. Cody was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Had water/well problems. After contacting several local businesses I finally called Lapine Plumbing. They were honest and actually cared. Not an easy fix but they did what others couldn't. Save time and money, call Lapine Plumbing for your needs.

They just finished fixing a tub drain, 58 minutes (I was timing) on the job site (not including the 40+ minutes it took them to go back to the shop to get the proper part to fix my issue) in the center of La Pine translated into 2 hours charged labor somehow, because they charge full hourly rate as soon as they call to tell you they are coming until they get back, or so I was told... ""shop to shop"". The guy literally judged his time on ""when he first called"", a phone call that never even went through so I have no record of it on my phone.

Charging $104 travel time for a company supposedly in La Pine is not acceptable, Bend plumbers don't even charge that much to drive all the way to La Pine.

This is not something they tell you when you make an appointment.

$40 in parts.
$208 labor.

I really want to keep my business local so I accepted it when I had to wait three weeks for an appointment because the ""plumber is sick"". I had another bathroom to use so even though I could have had someone from Bend down within 2 days decided to wait the extra time.

But if the local guy is going to pad his hours like this then I don't see the point of trying to keep my business local anymore to help them out.

I called in December for a quote. They came out to collect the water on January 7 (stating 4-6 weeks for results) and its now March and I still havent gotten the results from my test. Ive tried calling 3 times now for results or even an explanation and havent heard back from them yet

Great bunch of people, they went above and beyond for us, set up a new mfg home, they got us all hooked up from the well thru the house and a couple hose bibs .. all in all a great experience with some very friendly people

First rate service! I had a frozen pipe for a few days. Called these guys and they were out the next day on a Sunday. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I wall call them for a my plumbing needs in the future. Also very reasonable rates.
