I had scheduled septic service, 2 weeks in advance, with Lapin. They scheduled my service for an 8-10am window. I hadn't heard from them to confirm, so I called. I was passed around as they didn't appear to have my appointment. They then said that they had to reschedule my service to later in the afternoon, due to """"emergencies"""". They didn't contact me to confirm or reschedule. I believe that they just forgot my appointment. I canceled the appointment and will try another provider.

I posted a review 5/21/2024....Not posted. If you choose not to post the negative then your reviews are worthless....I wasted $600 to have a 1,000 gallon system pumped.....refused to locate filter, as i have accessed several times when physically able. Directed your man to filter location and still refused to access same. Run, don't walk from these """"money grubbs"""". I'm not much better off now than I was before. If there is any decency or pride in your services, you will return and finish the job.

I contacted customer service, and they provided me with an email address to write to. However, I never received a reply. When I followed up with customer service, they informed me that the person in charge was out for lunch and they couldn't assist me further.

First we called Frank Gay plumbing and they scared us to death. They told us there were multiple collapses and we had to do both freshwater and sewer unless we wanted to put a """"bandaid on it"""" by only cleaning it. We paid them for videos that they had an impossible time sending and we never received them all. They were going to charge us $103,000! We are so thrilled we then used the project section of Yelp! There were a few smaller companies that couldn't help but Lapin was amazing. José came out and he knew immediately what could be done. He is very experienced with old cast iron pipes, like ours, coming from NY where everyone had them! He suggested hydro cleaning and some high powered toilets for much less, somewhere around $2,000-3,000. He said there were no collapses and took video to show us. We haven't had any plumbing problems since and it's been a long time since we went without any problems! Thank you so much!

Lapin gave us a very fair price after an extremely high estimate from somewhere else. Lapin did not try to do a bunch of add-ons that we did not actually need and replace stuff that was not necessary either. Carlos helped us all along the way and was very friendly And courteous. The crew that replaced our drainfield did a fantastic job as well. I did not give five stars because our permit came through within a couple of days after application. After a few weeks and no schedule set, I was checking up on it and found out that they'd received it two weeks prior. I contacted Carlos right away and he got us on the schedule very quickly. He was surprised that the office did not notify him that the permit was ready. I let the office know that I expected to at least get on the schedule as soon as my permit was available. Other than the breakdown in communication, they did a great job. I did request that they do a pump out once everything was hooked up since I had a nonworking drain field for five weeks prior to installation. I wanted to make sure that the buildup of excess solids with a non-functioning drainfield did not pose a problem in the future. A scheduled it, but I'm not sure if it was done as no one notified me in the end. Lapin also cleaned out and replaced only a small portion of the pipe going from our tank to our drain field instead of replacing it for thousands of dollars like the prior estimate was planning on doing. That would have entailed tearing up A portion of our driveway and then we would have had to fix it ourselves after the service was done. I definitely would use them again but don't just sit and wait without being active in the process.

Edwin from Lapin Services was exceptional! I called Lapin and asked if they could come the day I called them and within 1.5 hours they were pumping out my septic tank. Edwin was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the tank was cleaned properly. Everyone I dealt with at Lapin were very courteous, knowledge and professional. You have a life long customer. My thanks to all!

We found ourselves in need of a new drain field and called several businesses for quotes. One gave us a quote on the phone. One never got back to us. Lapin sent Carlos, a Project Manager, to our home the same day we called. Carlos was thorough, prompt, and professional but not at all high pressure. He gave us a quote that was $1500 less than the over-the-phone company. The next day, we signed a contract and were given a time-table by Carlos of about two months for the work to be permitted and completed. This was followed by a pump-out at no extra charge to keep us in good shape until the work could be performed. The permit was issued less than a month later, and the following day a supervisor, Robert, came to our house to lay out where the drain field would be located. Robert was also very thorough and professional. We were concerned about the possibility of losing a palm tree in our front yard during the process, but Robert assured us that they would protect it. The following Monday, a crew of three obviously very experienced workers arrived (an hour earlier than what we expected) and completed the job from start to finish (including inspection) the same day. AND the palm tree was not damaged. We can't express enough our thanks for the professional, prompt, and efficient work that Lapin performed for us. All of this and at a reasonable price. Lapin Services has our highest recommendation.

We were having issues with our plumbing and septic systems in the evening. My husband call Lapin in the morning and they came out by noon. Jose Martinez investigated the problems which turned out to be a clog in our pipes and a faulty septic alarm. They recommended the best solution to our problem and worked quickly to get the issues corrected. We would highly recommend Lapin and Jose to anyone having any type of plumbing or septic needs.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the repair tech Leo, this company is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. Appt scheduled the day after first phone call, Leo showed exactly on time, and was friendly and efficient at finding our drain trouble. It wasn't the overflow to septic as we thought, but the pipe in the wall of the washer drain. He was done in less than 2 hours, and that included finding, repairing, testing, and cleanup. He even went to HD to get the parts he needed. We (my wife) is so happy now that laundry doesn't overflow to the front patio! Thank you Lapin and Leo for taking care of use so quickly! I highly recommend this company.

Lapin services was awesome from beginning to end. They replaced my 80 gallon hot water heater and got permits to do so. I wasn't able to find any other company to do that and they had the best prices too!
