If it was possible to leave Lanzo Plumbing less than one star I would. They are condescending jerks that berate their customers. I would not want these guys in my home. Terrible.

Horrible customer service and workmanship. Had to call HomeServe (warranty through middlesex water) after calling them 3 times to fix the work area the messed up. Busted my curb and did not fix it back, just came and scattered some top soil and barely and seeds. I would not recommend.

I have HomeServe and they sent Lanzo to my home to repair an indoor plumbing issue. CJ came and to my knowledge did a great job, until my daughter came home and sent me a bunch of pictures. a mess all over the bathroom, my toilet was missing both caps (they were in the trash!!!!!!!), there was dirt all inside my bathtub, and my front door had a sticky residue on both sides and it was also on my railing. They also left the downstairs bedroom in Sheetrock residue and broke my blinds. They are sloppy and don't care about how they leave a house as long as the problem is ""resolved"".

This is my third experience with D Lanzo Plumbing & Sewer Contractors, LLC, Hackensack, NJ, via my HomeServe warranty. They are prompt, conscientious, efficient, and honest. John S, one of the service providers, goes above and beyond and was at my home last night until after 10 pm As my sister is seriously ill, he stayed until the problem was resolved and followed up with me today. The owner, Doug Lanzo, is also involved in making sure our problem is remedied once and for all. I will use them for all my
plumbing and sewer needs moving forward and highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing and sewer needs.

It seems like there is some sort of scam going on with HomeServe and Lanzo. I have been paying into HomeServe for 15 years and they just upped the premium to include indoor. Most insurance companies send an adjuster and tell you you can use anyone you choose to do the work. In this case its only Lanzo. What cemented it is that while I was on my driveway talking to the guy that came out to do the evaluation, my neighbor ran down my street to tell me of her absolutely nightmarish experience with them and here sewage back up. She said they basically lef the job incomplete and had to hir another plumber.

My guess is he always comes in lower than their 5k max or very close to and does half ass work or makes things worse.

Only in America. Die scam artists.
