Lantz's plumbing knows how to treat their customers! This review is long overdue. Very frustrated over a $338 water bill from Lago Vista utilities, I called Lantz's plumbing to come check for leaks. They found zero leaks inside or outside of the home. A day after the service, I called to ask them for a letter to show their findings so I could dispute my water bill. The man on the other end of the phone was very accommodating, very polite, went out of his way to make sure I knew how to read my water meter (a new type, not like the ones I'm used to reading). After Lantz said "let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you" , I said "oh, I haven't been charged the service call fee yet. I need to pay you for that". He said his service guy didn't charge me for it because he didn't have to fix anything. I absolutely said, Thank you! Lantz's plumbing spent gas, and time to come take a look at my plumbing and did not charge me even the $35 dollar trip charge. That's excellent customer service! That's how you should treat others, how you would want to be treated! Lantz's plumbing will certainly get all my plumbing business from now on! My father-in-law was very impressed and surprised with the customer service I received when I told him about how the owner went out of his way to help me and didn't even charge me a penny. I totally would've expected to at least pay the trip charge for the gas he used to get out here. I might add, this is how my Dad, who owned a business (retired), did business as well. My Dad always said "There's enough honest business out there. When you treat people right, they'll come back because you treated them the way you should treat them; with honesty and courtesy". He is right! I will definately call Lantz's Plumbing next time I need a plumber! (Which is every year at least because I have a grinder pump that requires annual maintenance.) Excellent customer service!

Even though we already paid contractor, 1 Four Handcrafted for plumbing, Lantz's did not finish the job. They set showers back too far and we had to rip out a bunch of tile to fix it. Cost us even more money. I am much happier with the other plumbing company that we hired to fix the work and finish the job.

This review is way overdue.. we have a house with a grinder pump which is something that strikes fear in the heart of homeowners because of the costs associated with them. When ours went out, my husband tried to fix it himself but by 430PM it was clear that wasn't going to happen. I called Lantz's and Tiffany was so sweet and friendly and no kidding- had someone at our house in less than 10 minutes! They identified the issue, were able to get the part and came earlier than expected the next day to do a great job. I can't say enough about their friendly, reliable service- all at a reasonable price. I hope I don't have a plumbing issue in the near future, but when I do, they'll be whom I call.

I have used Lantz's Plumbing since I moved to Spicewood over four years ago. A few years back, I had an opportunity to speak with Lantz about a service item I was concerned about. He was very accommodating and resolved my issue quickly.

Tim came over today to maintain my Grinder Pump and did a great job! Tim was on time and called prior to getting to my home. It helps to have such a pleasant and respectful service person like Tim.

In addition, the fees are reasonable and the service extremely good. All the important points to complete the package.

I picked lantz's because we were having a grinder pump issue and the specialize in grinder pumps.

The grinder pump failure caused sewage to backup, but when the grinder pump was cleared, one section of plumbing didnt clear. The lantz's plumber cleared it and it was all good.

After a lot of flushes the next bathroom down the plumbing line turned out to now be clogged. I had lantz's come back. This time they used a camera and discovered the clog had moved down the plumbing stack but wasnt a full clog. Water was backing up over time, but could still run through the system.

They cleared the clog and didnt charge for the second visit.
