Took my credit card information made two appointments. Day of service they call demanding cash or check payment. Did not bother to go to location at scheduled time. Don't waste your time or energy trying to schedule them.

Don't bother with these idiots. They missed 4 appointments over 3 days. They won't call. When you call them they'll make up some excuse.

We had a clogged toilet. Called to ask for service. Said someone would be there between 3-4 p.m. The cost was supposed to be $75 plus a charge (unknown at the time).

We called at 530 and they asked if we still wanted someone to come out. We did. Someone showed up at 630. He spent about 5 minutes in our place, fixed the issue. Used our tools, not theirs.

He left to make a call and came back to tell us that the office said he had to charge $335. We paid in cash and he left without giving us a receipt.

We called the office to speak to a manger or owner and no one would speak to us. We asked for someone to call us back on Monday when a manger was there and for the address so we could stop in and talk to someone and they office hung up on us.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Very sketchy business.

Now that this happened, we looked up the company and there is no record on the IL secretary of state database and the address the co. is using appears to be fake. Wish there was somewhere to report this place to....
