I called Lannutti to remodel bathroom and repair my leaky pipes. Service was outstanding, they were fairly quick, clean and very affordable. I don't think another plumber in Philadelphia could have done such an outstanding job.

I called Lannutti Plumbing on the suggestion of a friend who recently had work done and my friend was satisfied. I called Lannutti because waste from my sewer lateral line was backing up through a toilet in my basement. Lannutti came out, looked over everything and said all I needed was my lateral line replaced from the curb to the trap inside my house. Ok, I believed them because they are the experts and know how to identify plumbing issues. Right?

Nope, not only did they break the top of my toilet, they left with the key to my outside faucet, and cracked my porch and my sidewalk. The work that they provided, did not fix the problem. I had to go through the city's no interest loan program to fix the actual problem- lateral line was crushed at the intersection with the city sewer. Their diagnostics was inadequate, and now they won't return my phone calls to provide a final bill or fix all they broke.
