I am in shock at what just happened with Lanier. They came to fix a rather expensive item on a hot water heater and left a gas leak -- a gas leak so bad that I've never smelled that much gas before. In going around to open the door to the laundry room I found that the guy used my hose for something and left it on for 3 hours and my back yard was flooded. I will never use them again -- they put my life in danger and flooded my back yard.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Lanier's dispatcher was helpful with advice over the phone, and the plumbers the company sent over were fast and friendly. I'd use this company again.

Phillip working a cross the street. Came in and said he'd get a quote from the home office. Got a quote in couple of days and said ok. Email asked for availability a week latter. Gave preference but said any day could accommodate. Never heard back after emails and phone calls. How do yo stay in business with such unprofessional service. Got emails and phone records to verify this absolutely terrible response.

Lanier Plumbing recently fixed a leaking toilet and sink. I scheduled over the weekend and they were able to come out on Monday morning to take a look. Shane arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues, and was really efficient and communicative through the process. I'll absolutely use Lanier Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Huge shout out to Lanier Plumbing! **They literally saved us thousands of dollars and tons of trouble.**
Two other companies said we were going to have to either cut into our awesome 1957 tile or uninstall and reinstall our HVAC (in a closet that backs up to the shower) to address a problem with our hot water. Lanier came out and solved the problem, I kid you not, in about 5 minutes--most important tool used was a *dime.* And they took care of several other minor plumbing problems for us. Everything about my experience was perfect. They worked with me to schedule a pretty narrow time slot. They were available fairly quickly. Shane came out and resolved my issue quickly. When a second issue came up during the service call (not his fault), he came up with an idea, left to get the correct part, and fixed it. Can't recommend highly enough.

I'm so glad I called Lanier Plumbing this morning! I had a leak under the kitchen sink, emptied everything out and found water accumulated. Trusting the NextDoor and Yelp reviews, I called Lanier Plumbing this morning. The office person was efficient and kind and called a bit later to say someone would come to my house between 1 - 4pm.
Shane arrived 2ish, looked under the sink and immediately began to check out my Grohe sprayer and found the problem right away. He showed me exactly where the problem was and showed me how the water was backing up from the sprayer to the faucet and down under the sink! Shane fixed the sprayer as well as he could. I need a new faucet/sprayer but can use this one now while I find a new faucet & sprayer. Thank you Lanier Plumbing and Shane for prompt and excellent assistance! I'll call you again to install my new faucet and for any other plumbing needs!

Lanier Plumbing was great...they were able to work us in on a Friday when we had an outdoor faucet spraying water everywhere. They charge $135/hour, plus a $25 service fee. It seems pretty on par with what other plumbers charge. Just really appreciate that they got this fixed the day that I called. Thank you!

Needed a valve replaced in my renovated shower and after being ghosted by the original plumber, I called Lanier and they had me fixed up in no time flat. Fasted and friendliest service I've experienced in years. I highly recommend.
