Called first thing on a Friday morning. Within an hour we had a guy at our house. One of the nicest guys we've ever met. So informative and helpful. He had our leak fixed up in no time.

As a former plumber, I can say I know a good one from a bad one. Lanier was great!

Beware of some of the other scam artist plumbers in Lake Charles (note they appear near the top on Yelp). They charge ""hourly"" rates, but after careful questioning, you'll find out that the clock starts when they call saying they're on their way. It doesn't matter how long it takes them. I was in the business for a long time. I've never heard of such a thing.
