Skyler is a genius. We had had another plumber out who said we were looking at a $30,000 fix involving permits and approvals. Skyler aimed his camera down our pipe, located the problem, used his camera and water from our hose, and cleared it within minutes. $125 vs. $30,000. 30 minutes vs. days and our street having to be dug up. How best can I conclude this review? The last thing I asked him for was a stack of his business cards because I'll be handing them out to our neighbors.

My experience with Langston Plumbing from Kelly in the office to Skyler in the field was perfection. I had received two quotes from other plumbers to replace the hot water heater in my granny unit because my tenant was complaining that the water temperature wasn't consistent. The other two plumbers arrived, asked if it was the original water heater and told me I needed a new one. Lot's of money please... Skyler worked with the existing system and solved the problem. Tenant has been happy for over 6 months now. When I do need a new hot water heater, Skyler will be the plumber I hire to install it!

Received a competitive estimate via Yelp. I had a defective heating valve on a 12+ year old water heater and after consulting with Skylar, decided to replace the entire water heater instead. Kevin showed up on time, was professional, and kept me informed of the progress and completed the job within the expected timeframe. No regrets with selecting Langston for this job.

I had Skyler out to flush my water heater, something I didn't even know you had to do, he did a great job CHARGED ME LESS than he quoted, unbelievable!! Skyler was super helpful, professional, and did an amazing job! He came out just a couple hours after my initial inquiry which was amazing since everyone else I talked to couldn't come out for days out. Pricing was super fair and he was very understanding and willing to work with us in trying to stick to our budget since we'd already had some repairs done this year leaving us needing to save money where we can. He completely saved the day for us and I couldn't recommend Langston Plumbing more. We'll definitely use in the future for any plumbing needs :)

The sheer professionalism, quality of work, and integrity from Skyler and Kelly, is unmatched compared to any other company in the Bay Area. I have been repairing/remodeling for a while in recent years, I rarely say this, but this is the company that you can trust. It's hard to find good people like them.

I called in, 10mins later, Kelly called me back who is absolutely attentive and nice, give me an update on my rough estimate range straight away. Skyler who is the owner and main plumber, even showed up ahead of schedule to diagnose and fixed my shower issue quickly with very a reasonable price.

We had an emergency situation involving flooding in the crawlspaces under neath a house and detached office and Jake from Langston was over within a couple hours. After thoroughly investigating the situation and the causes he provided us with a comprehensive solution involving sump pumps and French drains at a very competitive price. Could not be more grateful!
