What can I say about Lang's Plumbing & Rooter but WOW!! I was highly impressed and completely satisfied from beginning to the end. Vincent came out to our home, texted me 30 minutes before his arrival, and kept me updated throughout the whole pipe inspection (camera) process. He even gave me additional tips on how to avoid future pipe clogs. He was kind, informative, and no surprises at the end. He is a man of his word which is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Lang's Plumbing & Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND....I used Choice Home Warranty (CHW) to fix a sump pump that was not working leading to issues with our shower, toilet and two sinks. They connected me with Langs Plumbing. Vincent came out and was very nice. The pump is within 3 feet of the wall where all plumbing runs out of our restroom and sits below grade on the outside since part of our room is subterranean. When Vincent spoke to CHW he indicated we had no clean out within 100 feet. That was not true, there is one outside a bathroom of the main structure and less than the 100 feet. (criteria for CHW to pay for any repairs) But, opening the cover of the pump that is within 3 feet of our backed up pipes would have been a clean out as it is an open cavity and where Vincent noted ""it's dry as a bone.""
Nothing was passing through to be ejected out to the tie in for the house and out to the sewer. Pretty clear the sump pump motor was burned out. I never did get visual verification from Vincent once he pulled motor out if blockage on the inside was from anything like wipes or if it just died after 10 years. At that point Vincent offered his solution and would return a few days later with a new motor and approximately $1500 bill. He did not charge me the warranty fee $85 since he didn't fix it the first day he left. After getting our restroom back up and running, I made good on my feelings about challenging the decision by CHW. Vincent thought I should do it also. I was going to explain how the clean out was basically right there on the other side of the motor. Vincent never went that far in explaining the layout when they determined to decline coverage ( based on no clean-out within 100 feet) You need to make an advance appointment with CHW to have someone listen to your challenge. Finally had my day to talk to them and they agreed with my challenge but said the plumber (Vincent) would need to call them and discuss it to clear it up. I called and texted Vincent multiple times and he NEVER returned my call. I have never spoken to him since the day he completed the job and got his money. Conclusion. I feel like he made more money doing the job on the side vs what CHW might have paid him. Would have loved to have had a second opinion but without a call to CHW from Vincent,the issue died and we were out $1500 for a job that I believe should have cost $85 under warranty plan. Vincent is very nice, very polite, and I really WAS NOT excepting him to blow me off but he did. He never called, text, or emailed me back after several attempts on my part. I do not recommend him or his company which is basically him and maybe another helper??? Not professional and wonder what he'll do for the ""warranty"" that he offers customers when they may need him after the fact.

Call them last! That's right - call them last!

Out of all the plumbers who did call me back, he was the lowest of them all. But pay attention here because in this case low cost was best choice!

Vincent was responsive, came when he said he would, and did an amazing job fixing my issue in such an innovative way, I was amazed.

Look, if your reading this, you may have an issue that needs to get resolved. There are lots of plumbers out there very happy to take your hard earned cash. Don't be an idiot. Take my word for it (yep, I'm a total stranger but believe me and all the other reviews). Langs offers a great price, excellent and responsive service, and one year warranty!

We had an unexpected malfunction with the shower in my guest bathroom. Vincent was responsive and helpful right off the bat when it came to identifying the part that was needed to be replaced. As promised, he showed up on time was able to fit us in the same day. The issue was fixed within an hour. His prices are fair and the work speaks for itself. Vincent and his team are courteous and walk you through the process from start to finish. They also offer mobile payment including Apple Pay and credit card payment. Vincent did several projects including replacing a kitchen faucet, fixing a leaky shower head, flushing my water heater and installed a new regulator/water shut off for my home. All the services were provided on time and Vincent's team cleans up after their job. His expertise and professionalism is impressive because it's not common. He's also great at communicating his arrival via text and email. I am very happy with Lang's Plumbing and I highly recommend him for your next plumbing job.

Vincent and his team are the real deal. I was put in contact with them by my home warranty to fix my showers. I'm always nervous because my home warranty doesn't always put me through to the best people but I was so pleasantly surprised this time. The Lang team came out and knew what the problem was right away. My home warranty sent another company out for a second opinion but they were absolutely awful. After calling my home warranty and reporting the awful company - they thankfully returned me to Lang Plumbing to finish the job. Not only did they send out a crew when it was convenient for me - the owner came and joined his team to ensure the job was finished in one day. Both of my showers work better than before and I was charged the quoted amount. In this day and age it's really hard to trust people to do a good job for a reasonable price - and Vincent and Lang Plumbing have earned my trust. Thank you Vincent and team for your great service and knowledge to return something so important as working showers to make our home feel exactly that - our home again!

garbage disposal wasn't working contacted my home warranty company American Home Shield and they set up with Lang Plumbing services they promptly came after I made appointment and saw my disposal needed to be replaced then after letting my home warranty insurance know promptly replaced it.
