Beyond the call of duty. My dad was working with this company to find a leak in our water main. He had another company come out first and it was a disaster. When the two men from Langley Water came out, they found a leak quickly and had to come back because they felt there was another smaller leak.
On 12/28/2023 the two men from Langley had talked to my dad about the leak and let him know they would tell him when they were leaving. They went to the glass door and my dad did not respond. These amazing men ran in, called 911 and started CPR. My father was 83 with a whole host of medical problems. It was his time to go and even with their valiant efforts, he still passed. This is what working with a family business is about, they went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will be forever thankful for what these men did.

Our water meter was spinning so we turned off the water and called Langley Water. They came out that day and found the water leak and fixed it! Bill and his brother were quick and thorough and cleaned up the area. We turned the water back on and were good to go. We would recommend them in a minute.

Fast, prepared and courteous - those are the three words that come to mind when thinking about Langley Water. We connected with Langley Water as a referral and were very pleased. Communication was quick and easy. They text with updates after your initial call too which is very convenient.

Through the water leak project (it was very involved over several weeks and multiple local utilities) in the yard- my husband and his friend had pre-dug the hole down to the leaky pipe. So once Langley Water came out they were able to identify the leak, fix the cause (namely they dug out the big rock that was putting pressure on the pipe through settling,) fill the hole back in and replace the patched grass back all in about 1.5 hours total. They were very fast and cleaned everything up after their work.

Impressively though - the crew showed up with their boss, four crewmen to dig and a tractor! They encounter all kinds of leak situations and came prepared in a big way! I'm very thankful they didn't need the tractor for our yard though - it sounded like the tractor was more for their next appointment. Impressive that though they came up from Graham, a couple hours drive with traffic that day, they were energetic and very organized.

I hope I never have to call Langley Water for help again. But would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors that need water leak repair help.

The Langley team is a God send! Don't shop around if you have a water leak at your home trust me I did it and everyone wants hundreds of dollars up from to find the problem the. They want you to call someone else to fix it. Her you have all ok one with reasonable per hour rates and Langley is the man!!! He found our leak quick and fixed the problem same day. Great service and follow up more than a year later! Bill fixed a leak under my driveway and replaced a valve. When the valve acted up a year later, he took care of it the same day I called at no charge. Thank you, Bill!
