Just wanted to give Eric a shout out, as I want him to continue to grow his business!

I've used Eric a few times in the past couple of years and he's always been very responsive and accommodating. Recently there's been a very strange and loud rhythmic thumping that was coming from one of our guest bathrooms at random hours throughout the day and night. It went on for a couple of days , we originally thought it was the house's heating system until we turned it off and the noise was still around. Then we thought it was the ceiling exhaust fan in the bathroom but when I unplugged it the sound was still there. We finally decided that it must be the plumbing, as it turns out I was overdue for a water heater flush anyway. When we turned off the water heater , the sound stopped - however that meant we didn't have hot water. So I texted Eric about the issue and that we also needed a system flush anyway. When he came out and did the flush, literally the noise didn't come back. He even followed up the next day to see if the noise came back. That's good business practice!

So moral of the story? Get your water heater (we have a ""tankless"" one too) flushed annually! And call Eric when you do!

By the way, he brings his own shoe covers which is very nice and considerate.

Water main sprung a ferocious leak and called lanes plumbing on the reccomendation of a friend in a panic. The owner made his way to my issue immediately to help me out with a temporary fix late at night and came back the next day to replace it entirely.
