Lane's Plumbing has the best plumbers I've encountered in the South Bay area. I've had at least three other companies service my home for various reasons and nearly all of them were incompetent. Lane's has intelligent plumbers that do high quality work and get things right the first time. The prices are not cheap but the value is much higher than any other company. I highly recommend them.

Lane's is a locally owned small business. The owner, Eric, was the first to respond when I put out a request for replacement of a leaking water heater. He asked for pics then gave me a clear estimate and timeline. He wasn't the least or the most expensive quote but I really liked his responsiveness. Technician Ryan showed up the next morning, was so nice and polite, explained everything and was done in about 2 hours, cleaning up everything thoroughly. Based on this positive experience, we'll call Lane's any time we need plumbing work in the future.

Young man came out, discussed project, and got right to it. He removes metal washer off without removing surrounding screws. I asked him why he didn't remove them and he said it would cause everything to fall off and create more work. Wow. Honest. He had all his tools ready, was quick, and got the job done. You know how hard it is to get honest people who won't sell you other work? This business is a keeper. The 5 star reviews are no mistake.

After two years of searching, we found Eric Lane through a referral. He saved us from a full bathroom remodel by repairing our shower/tub combo. The shower valve needed to be repaired. It was a difficult job because the shower is on an exterior wall, on the second floor and finished in slabs of travertine. Moreover, the deck mount tub spout was discontinued and needed to be replaced. He came out to assess the job and quickly developed a repair plan. The solution required creative problem solving, advanced technical knowledge and frankly courage. He fixed something that we thought was unfixable, saving us a fortune. To top it off, he is a great guy as are his teammates. Eric and Nick got on ladders, cut stone, did repairs and made it seem easy. He'll do a simple repair, but this job required genius. Eric has it! Superb work! Highly recommend.

Great guys! Eric was quick to respond to my inquiry and came by to look at a drain stoppage and leak problem in our slab home. We were worried it was going to be a very big and costly repair based on what others had told us the problem was, but he did some close inspecting of the area, found the actual leak source, and quickly solved the stoppage issue. He saved us a lot of money and time because of his thorough investigation. We'll use him again for sure!
