I had a blocked kitchen sink. I called them at 8:00 AM and they called me back at 8:05 and I was lucky they could squeeze me in on the way to another call and were here by 8:30. Took them 30 minutes to fix the problem. Very friendly. I was very happy with them. Would call again.

I've used Lane in the past, and went with them for connecting to sewer from septic. The job was going along great when they noticed the lead coming from the main didn't look right. The pitch was wrong. I'm sure some plumbers would have hooked it anyways, just to get the job done, where I would have had problems down the road. So he explained to me that the lead from the main needs to be corrected for them to install it correctly. After months of fighting with the City to get the lead repaired, Lane Plumbing came back out and finished the job with no issues. It did end up being a broken lead coming off the main, where if I were hooked up, it still would have worked, but it would have backed up to the house at some point. Thanks to their honesty, I have it fixed and hooked up correctly. They even had to go several months without getting paid from the first excavation until it was cleared for them to complete the job. That's putting the customer first! The communication from their office from Christine was great! I'll definitely use them in the future. Thanks again!

Absolutely great work for a huge plumbing repair of my slab home. Quality and timely work. Guys were very efficient, cleaned up after job was done and I couldn't be more satisfied. HORRIBLE - we had a house fire and Belfor used them as a subcontractor - if we hadn't stopped by the house to see the construction progress we would have had an even major flood but my husband was able to shut off the water so only the brand new bathroom cabinet was ruined - it did cause water in the basement. Shoddy work all the way around - HORRIBLE
