They claim to be a good and responsive company but my experience was not that.

They showed up as promised on December 31 to give us a quote on replacing our heating system in Framingham MA. They viewed the job and promised to get back to us with pricing.

They then went silent, not responding to a phone call, email and a request on their website.

Good companies are respectful of the public's time and project needs. Lazy and disrespectful companies pick and choose when to follow through on commitments.

The owner's claim below that I did not actually reach out to them via phone, email and website is incorrect because I can prove I did with phone log and copy of email. This is probably a company with good technical talent but with a disorganized office that left a gap in service. I wish them the best. I wish they were more honest about this unfortunate situation however, and I will hire someone else.

We noticed a heating issue on a cool day. We called Landry Mechanical as we wanted to rectify the issue before the weather really got cold. Jon came on time, diagnosed the problem and voila!!!
Heat! This the second time we have used their services and will continue to do so when required.

I had a quote done by Ray for a new boiler instal, not only did he come under on his quote, but his crew were clean, prompt, and courteous. Not only was i happy with this job but i will have them put in a new AC system this winter! Their work speaks for themselves!

I have never been so impressed with a contracting company before! The technican, Chris, came when he said he would an was fast at solving our A/C problem. Landry will now be my company for all plumbing, heating and cooling. You don't see honesty like this, in this industry!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could.

Landry Mechanical recently converted our tankless hot water system to a 45 gallon indirect water heater by adding an extra (priority) zone to our existing oil-based furnace. We couldn't be happier with the results! Ken and John did a great job, including working extra hours to isolate a frustrating electrical problem that ended up being a bad controller board, which they replaced and rewired. Both stayed and worked the problem until the job was completed. They also took time throughout the job to explain what they were doing and how things work. Everything was left clean and professional looking. We're delighted with our new indirect water heater and would highly recommend Landry Mechanical for any Plumbing and HVAC needs.

Phenomenal service. Our complex install of new heat pump system into a log home went smoothly. Diligent, skillful, timely service and communication from Tim and his technicians. They were very helpful in providing info for MASSAVE program to help with rebates available on our more efficient system. I highly recommend working with Landry, although I don't expect we'll need to call anytime soon, I know they will be there for us if we do.

I have had extremely positive experiences with Landry Mechanical Plumbing and HVAC. Ray and his men installed a mini-split air conditioning system a few years ago, serviced it this year, and more recently, Ray came up to assess a plumbing issue. In terms of the mini-split installation and service, I couldn't ask for better. Ray and his men were professional, personable and did a great job. I am so happy that I had the system installed. In terms of the plumbing issue (I thought I had a plumbing leak), Ray quickly came up to assess the situation, determined that I did not have a leak, and didn't even charge me for the visit. Not only that, he also did a quick check of the antifreeze level in my mini-split system and carried a dehumidifier I had just received from Amazon down to my basement for me. I cannot say enough good things about Ray, his employees or his business.
