Phenomenal service. Our complex install of new heat pump system into a log home went smoothly. Diligent, skillful, timely service and communication from Tim and his technicians. They were very helpful in providing info for MASSAVE program to help with rebates available on our more efficient system. I highly recommend working with Landry, although I don't expect we'll need to call anytime soon, I know they will be there for us if we do.

I have had extremely positive experiences with Landry Mechanical Plumbing and HVAC. Ray and his men installed a mini-split air conditioning system a few years ago, serviced it this year, and more recently, Ray came up to assess a plumbing issue. In terms of the mini-split installation and service, I couldn't ask for better. Ray and his men were professional, personable and did a great job. I am so happy that I had the system installed. In terms of the plumbing issue (I thought I had a plumbing leak), Ray quickly came up to assess the situation, determined that I did not have a leak, and didn't even charge me for the visit. Not only that, he also did a quick check of the antifreeze level in my mini-split system and carried a dehumidifier I had just received from Amazon down to my basement for me. I cannot say enough good things about Ray, his employees or his business.

I have an ANCIENT central air conditioner, probably at least 20 yrs old. I won't bore everyone with the details, but although the service person who came out to attempt to repair the problem was unable to do so, I was treated beyond fairly with the level of professionalism I thought was long gone. And they provided next day service when I called.

I had Ray install a mini split with 2 inside heads. Ray was very prompt at returning email's and phone calls. Showed up on time, completed the job on time. Crew was great, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Ray was awesome to work with. I highly recommend them.

My hot water heater went on a Sunday night and I called (after reading Yelp reviews of other folks who would service Marlborough) about 4 companies, including recommendations from neighbors. Ray answered, was quick to give me a price, after texting him a shot of my set up, and had someone out same day of the call (Monday) by 6PM to replace my current heater. The technician was very friendly, helped answer all my questions, and did a thorough clean up job before leaving. Great company.

I can't say enough about Ray and his crew. They replaced both my heating and cooling system in 2 days this past February. Extremely professional and courteous in every way! One thing I liked the most was how clean his crew was and the care they took inside my house with drop cloths and clean up. High scores there!! Ray is definitely my ""go to"" plumber moving forward. Would give him 10 stars if I could!
