I can not say enough nice things about Ray and his team. I interviewed 6 different HVAC contractors and Ray and his team were by far the best in terms of value, cost, and flexibility. Don't trust the contractors on the Mass Save page! The biggest advantage to choosing Ray is that HE does the job himself. They completed a very large job for me in Hopkinton, MA (boiler, water heater, 5 unit mini split system). They were professional, courteous, and did absolutely excellent work. Ray even worked with me when my financing was delayed. Ray was great in helping with the Heat loans and walking me through the process. He asked all of the right questions and took care of the rest. I will be using Ray and his team for any future HVAC needs.

Ray just installed a boiler, water tank and mini-split AC this week and we are really pleased with everything. From the beginning, Ray was honest and fair. He helped us a great deal with a MassSave loan and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Joe and John, who work with Ray were terrific too. Ray was great. Rearranged his schedule so he could get us a new water heater the next day. Wife and kids very happy about that. Not an expert on prices but seemed very fair -especially for a rush job. This is the second time I've had a job done and very happy with both. Will have them back again for an AC repair I need.

I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with the Heater Install on Esther Street in Worcester, MA Your team showed up on time and were very polite and very diligent! They started by protecting the floors and carpets by laying down blankets. Several times they needed to review things with me and each and every time they were polite and very professional! They worked hard and even though I had to open up the wall so they could chase a pipe they continued to work on the retrofitting the gas portion of the project while I cut into the wall. After the was chase was cut into they ran the pipe and all was good. They even finished early having to wait for the plumbing inspector to arrive. I wish I could find contractors of your caliber in all the trades I deal with! Landry Mechanical is always my first choice from now on!

After having a MassSave home energy audit, I decided to have my 25 year-old boiler replaced. I checked the reviews, obtained estimates, and ultimately hired Landry Mechanical. I found them to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of installing new, oil-fired hot water boilers, including obtaining the MassSave rebates and getting the necessary permits. Landry completed the installation of a brand new, 4-zone hot water boiler (including removing the old one) in one day. They had a full team available on-site. Amazingly, there were zero problems or delays during the entire, complex process that involved multiple trades. I would hire them again.

I own a condo in Worcester and was having issues with a toilet and my HVAC. Thanks to a friend's recommendation I called Landry and I'm so glad I did. Ray was very friendly as he walked through the issues I was having. They were able to come out the next morning to check things out and get it fixed. What a miracle! Bought the yelp deal after scheduling an appointment with Ray. I felt that I was dealing with an honest mechanical contractor before buying and with no regrets. These guys were professional and brought a good attitude with their integrity and expertise.
