Tim made sure he took the extra safety precautions with the people in my home. He finished in less than 2 hours and did not leave a mess. We did a walk through and made sure the job was done thoroughly. I am happy with the services I received and highly recommend Tim to anyone that needs repairs or installations. It can be as little as putting a TV up, or hanging a picture on the wall.

I can't say enough good things about Tim. I contacted around half a dozen handymen and he had the most reasonable rates as well as knew what he was doing! I had one handyman on Yelp (a different guy) charge per hour for his worker to go and buy materials! Tim didn't do that, and just made a separate trip to finish off the job.
Tim spent two days doing several things: install curtain rods (very reasonable rate), fix broken outlets, change a bathroom sink faucet and install a toilet fill valve. He spoke to me intelligently about options and did not put pressure, just very objective. He was always on time and very professional throughout. I highly recommend him.

Tim is an awesome guy.
Contacted 5 different handyman and he replied promptly and being the most reasonable one for installing my smart doorbell and replacing my garbage disposal. Multiple emails follow up and Job well done. He is quick and he cleaned up and removed and took all the junks with him.

But this is just half of the story... I paid him by cash. For some reasons the Bill stick together and I accidentally overpaid him by one hundred dollar. He called me the next day and told me he got an one hundred dollars bill one too many and he will deliver the money back to me when he is in the area. 4 days later, he came and ringed the doorbell he installed and returned the money to me.

He is fair and square and this is highly unusual nowadays and thanks for being so honest.

He will be my sole handyman moving forward and you guys should use him too.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. I started to do it myself, and ran into a few roadblocks (the hot water wouldn't turn off all the way, then I couldn't get the water to the house off... and I just figured that this is the sort of project I'm going to mess up, and then my wife will hate me every time she uses the sink.

I created a handyman request on Yelp, and Tim got back to me within 10 minutes with a quote. His price was fair, and he was available the next day (Sunday).

I scheduled, got a confirmation via email, and he showed up on time. He was competent, professional, and even helped me fix a rattle in my garbage disposal that's been bugging me for months.

It's nice to have my go-to handyman now. No need to turn to Yelp, now I can just call Tim right away.
