Tim was able to come the same day and elegantly fix a sticky, ambiguous situation. Our dishwasher replacement hit a snag where the old one couldn't be removed because of swelling in the floor from prior water damage. Landrum Construction was able to extract a piece of the floor, extract the old dishwasher, install the new one, and reinstall the floor piece so everything looked aesthetically pleasing. Very pleased, especially because other services had a 1-2 week wait to even look at the issue. That amount of downtime would have been very inconvenient.

I was getting some yelp quotes for setting up two locked mailboxes, and Tim was helpful and professional starting from the beginning. I ordered all the mailbox parts from Amazon with Tim's assistance.

Tim was communicative. He has email software to remind you of the upcoming appointment, and he also let me know he was showing up 1 hour early. He removed the old mailboxes, installed the new post with concrete, new support bar, and two locked mailboxes all within 1 hour. The end result looks great and professional. Tim's price is most reasonable and competitive to other vendors. I highly recommend Tim's service to anyone.
