Fidel is such a trustworthy individual. I am getting ready to make an addition to my house and needed to move our gas meter. He was able to come the day before the gas company sent their personnel and move the pipes to the new location from the old location. His work is clean and explains everything in detail. He tries to go above and beyond not like other plumbers who are in a rush to finish and get out. His quotes are very fair, they aren't the lowest, but not the highest either. His customer service skills and work ethic makes it all worth it. He was recommended by a friend after I had issues with my old plumber. Had a clog that backed up my entire house plumbing. Originally another maintenance company attempted to clear it out but only made things worse. Fidel saved my life (and 100's of gallons of water!). Leaky shower head that drove me crazy was the result of a damaged cartridge. Instead of what other companies wanted to charge me - to replace the entire piping unit, costing me $100's - he expertly replaced the cartridge. Wasn't an easy job as it was a very old and damaged thingamajig STUCK INSIDE, but he wrestled with it, replaced the new one, and refused to overcharge me (as others would've done) I cannot thank him enough!
