I have worked with Landa Plumbing and the owner Elias for over 5 years. I own Astound Property Management and my business requires prompt service with excellent performance. Many of our jobs are emergencies and need to be taken care of quickly. Landa Plumbing has been outstanding in all respects. Elias gets the work done quickly and is always done with the utmost quality. Our tenants and owners are always very pleases with his craftmanship, promptness, follow up, cleanliness and kind demeanor. As a bonus Elias will spend the time and tell you what he did and educate you about the plumbing process. I have learned so much from him and this has been a great benefit to me in my business. When something goes wrong I am now able to question my tenant to find out what the problem is with the plumbing and relay it to him in more detail.

I called Elias Landa after readying his excellent reviews here in yelp and he most certainly lived up to his good reputation! I've had issues with my water heater not heating and called the place where I purchased my unit 3 yrs ago (Sears....never again!!). The sears service guy claimed it was a plumbing issue rather than a water heater problem, so I contacted Mr Elias Landa, who not only came after hours and went through a thorough check-up, but also diagnosed the problem (as we suspected,, it was not actually a plumbing issue, but a problem with heater) and got on the phone with Sears for me to let them know exactly what needed to happen. He is reasonably priced, a very nice person, responsive, timely, and most definitely knows his business and is very competent. He is from this day on the person I will call if I need a plumber!

I called a friend who is a handyman for plumbing help, and he recommended Elias Landa. I could not have been more pleased. Elias called me back within an hour and was at my doorstep 4 hours later, at the agreed on time. He was polite and thorough, donning booties to protect my floors and explaining everything he was going to do. He cleaned the 2 offending drains and cleaned up beautifully. I called Elias for what started out as a leak underneath my sink, as it turns out when I had my kitchen redone years ago the person who did the pluming did it incorrectly and it was just a matter of time before other issues started to arise. Elias was able to give me options that fit within my budget to re-do the pluming. In addition while he was at my home he noticed and pointed out what could have been a major issue with our main water line, the pipes were extremely eroded and if they were to burst could cause major damage and be very costly to fix. Again he gave me options and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Elias, he's professional and gets the job done quickly.

Could not be happier with Landa Plumbing!! Water heater went down twice within a couple months, and Elias was there to save the day (and the cold showers)! The second time it crashed on us, I called Elias and he was there the next day to fix it!!!! A+ service all the time and I'm sticking with Landa Plumbing from here on in!

Hi had Elias come back this morning to do some work on a water heater pump where the connection was leaking. Again, I can not say enough good things about how he conducts business. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable combined with being incredibly polite and clean. He did a great job. I only wish the original plumbing that was done in my house was done by someone as skilled and careful as Elias.
