I have used Landas Plumbing for several repairs in the last 3 years. Elias Landas is a licensed plumber who is always punctual, efficient and does a fantastic guaranteed job. He also helped me deal with Kohler . My home was built after the 1991 Oakland Hills fire and is beginning to need repair and replacements. He always explains how, what and why he is doing during a repair; and is available by phone/email to answer questions.
Can't recommend him highly enough.

We cannot say enough about Elias. He's honest, gives great insight, And will not overcharge you at all. He is incredibly friendly and will advise you of anything in your Project scope that might pose an issue. There will never be any surprises. In fact he will come out same day to check on some thing you're concerned about. He has done so countless times and put our concerns at ease.

Elias worked on both of our bathrooms, some issues with water in our garage, a full system snake due to the age of our house, And installing the sink in our kitchen and hooking up our dishwasher and fridge. He's done it all for us and I trust him fully with all our needs.

For one of our bathrooms we had him move the showerhead and the location of the toilet which was quite a challenging project but he got the job done perfectly. I've included some before and after pictures.

Lastly he helped drained/retire our radiant heating and capped all pipes after we noticed moisture coming up through the floor. He was able to show up within a day to do so.

We have used Elias in this house as well as our other house where he had to repair both toilets. He's outstanding and timely and we highly recommend him.

Elias just came to the rescue of my disabled client who had nonworking toilet after using wipes while recovering from surgery. Those flushable wipes are not really flushable after all! He was easy to schedule and accommodate her needs--very important when she's already going through a lot of lengths just to get up and make it to the toilet these days. I moved to a new home and needed to have have gas line run for our clothes dryer. So I called my contractor who had helped me with a gas line in the past and told him what I needed. He asked me a few questions and told me it was beyond his expertise and told me to call Landa Plumbing.

I called Elias, owner of Landa Plumbing, and told him what my needs were. He asked me questions about my existing gas pipes and walked me through what it would take to do the job. He is a super nice person and very patient. After spending almost ten minutes on the phone, we determined it would be better for me to purchase and electric dryer as my home, built in the forties, would need a significant upgrade to be able to handle another gas appliance.

Although Elias did not make any money, his expertise and professionalism were very evident. I will use Landa Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will refer him to all my friends and family. He is top notch and very knowledgable.

My plumbing backed up and my husband said he could fix it with a plumbing snake. He called his uncle out who has a snake, they ran the snake through the system and ended up breaking one of my toilets when the snake went right through it. They made a mess all over the walls, ceiling and floors in both bathrooms and were unable to fix the blockage.

Next day, I called Elias Landa plumbing, he said, ""I have a busy day, but, I'LL FIT YOU IN."" He did! In the middle of the day, he fit me into his schedule, between appointments. He showed up, and within 30 minutes he figured out where the problem was, and fixed my blockage. AND did NOT make a mess!

I should have never let my husband or his uncle attempt to fix the blockage! Next time I have issues with my plumbing, I'm just calling Elias!

Elias recently replaced a valve behind our refrigerator that was leaking. He did an excellent job. He was on time, stayed in contact with me to make sure we had the correct time, kept area clean and did the work as promised. Everything works great.
