I moved to a new home and needed to have have gas line run for our clothes dryer. So I called my contractor who had helped me with a gas line in the past and told him what I needed. He asked me a few questions and told me it was beyond his expertise and told me to call Landa Plumbing.

I called Elias, owner of Landa Plumbing, and told him what my needs were. He asked me questions about my existing gas pipes and walked me through what it would take to do the job. He is a super nice person and very patient. After spending almost ten minutes on the phone, we determined it would be better for me to purchase and electric dryer as my home, built in the forties, would need a significant upgrade to be able to handle another gas appliance.

Although Elias did not make any money, his expertise and professionalism were very evident. I will use Landa Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will refer him to all my friends and family. He is top notch and very knowledgable.

My plumbing backed up and my husband said he could fix it with a plumbing snake. He called his uncle out who has a snake, they ran the snake through the system and ended up breaking one of my toilets when the snake went right through it. They made a mess all over the walls, ceiling and floors in both bathrooms and were unable to fix the blockage.

Next day, I called Elias Landa plumbing, he said, ""I have a busy day, but, I'LL FIT YOU IN."" He did! In the middle of the day, he fit me into his schedule, between appointments. He showed up, and within 30 minutes he figured out where the problem was, and fixed my blockage. AND did NOT make a mess!

I should have never let my husband or his uncle attempt to fix the blockage! Next time I have issues with my plumbing, I'm just calling Elias!

Elias recently replaced a valve behind our refrigerator that was leaking. He did an excellent job. He was on time, stayed in contact with me to make sure we had the correct time, kept area clean and did the work as promised. Everything works great.

Was so happy I went with him and glad I've found my go to guy for everything plumbing. Great at communication, professional, systematic, detail oriented, polite, skilled, honest and fair. We were extremely happy with the work Elias did for us. We reached out to Elias who was recommended to us by our son and Elias returned our call right away and came out the next day! Our plumbing problems were down in our crawl space which is a very tight area. Elias jumped in and did a very thorough and detailed inspection of our entire crawl space. The problems we had were a little unusual and complex but he did a lot of thinking out of the box to figure out the best solutions to our problems and kept us in the loop as to what he was finding and how best to fix the problems. We also had issues with our insurance company and Elias was extremely helpful in assisting us with that! Elias really cares about the customer and does quality work. He was a great communicator, reliable, very thorough, clean and competitive. We feel very fortunate to have found Elias. We will definitely contact Elias in the future for any of our plumbing needs and recommend him without any hesitation!

We've used Elias a few times now, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Prompt response time (even after normal business hours), professional, honest, and his work is excellent. Last week we had a suspected leak of an outdoor, subterranean pipe in our backyard. We called Elias in the evening after normal hours and he arrived the next morning, exactly when he said he would. Long story short: Elias spent over two hours investigating the issue (excavating, etc.), discovered the leak was not coming from our property, and only charged us his minimum service charge. He's a credit to his profession and good person.

I have recently switched over to Landa Plumbing from a larger Bay Area plumbing company. I have now done a few projects with them. Elias At Landa Plumbing is excellent at communication and is very thorough, explaining all the possible problems and different options you may have for a fix. He also makes his own recommendation. On one plumbing job i needed to get into the walls, and he did excellent work and finished the project in a timely manner. I like to work with someone who is patient and gives me options. I will be staying with Landa for future plumbing projects.

The repair for my bathroom sink and its stuck handles was tricky: ""welded on"" 20 year old fixtures that had to be cut away from connections in tight quarters under the cabinets. While other plumbers declined to do the job (or even give me a reasonable quote), Elias readily took on the job. His price was reasonable and he did an excellent job.

Elias is great at his work and knowledgeable in Plumbing. He is not the typical plumber that does not care about the job. He is very careful and particular that the job he has been hired to do is at its best. I would be too scare hiring another plumbing company because I have had too many that have done a poor jobs and overcharge me. I am glad I found Landa Plumbing.
