I want to meet the owner(s) and discuss their trade secrets. I want to know how to run a company in which I am unable to find any flaws. I built a new home and Lanco was the vendor in which the builder used. I have been nothing but impressed with their attention to detail, professionalism, and being very adroit at their chosen profession. I have spoken with Blake and several others, and one thing they all share in common, is a sense of pride and willingness to help. Honestly at first I thought it was a façade, and too good to be true. It is no façade, this is a well oiled machine and our government should learn from Lanco mechanicals. I propose to put Lanco Mechanicals on the Covid 19 Task Force, and fix this mess. I had the pleasure of Phil, Dean, Matt, and Micka help me out of a bad situation. The kind where guests are coming tomorrow and your hot-water-heater decides to call it a life. Thankfully the sticker was on the water heater with the name and number of Lanco Mechanical Co. They originally install it when the house was built.

Phil took my initial call and treated me like I was his neighbor (his good neighbor). Almost immediately we had a plan and this morning, Dean came to my house right about the same time Phil said he would. It didn't take Dean (Dean MARTIN - no relation) long to diagnose and give me the facts I needed. He called in and got the status of replacing my tank. I was fortunate to be dealing with someone who had the right inventory on hand and I was scheduled for a new installation.

Matt and Micka came within 30 minutes with a brand-new identical replacement. I mean - it was identical! All the same stickers were still in the same place, so I knew I was getting an exact correct fit for my home. I never had trouble with the Bradford White water heater before yesterday. Now I've got the same one to take me into somewhere in the next decade or more.

I have to compliment the teamwork of Matt and Micka in how efficiently and professionally they performed everything. There wasn't a thing left off the complex list of ""to-do's"". They were well trained and effective. Within what I thought was a quick 90 minutes, everything was completed, tested, and in perfect working order. They even cleaned up everything.

In Summary ... don't ever wonder if the folks at Lanco Mechanical can help you quickly and with confidence. From start to finish, they helped out us ""old folks"". I couldn't have asked for any better service!
