Lance's Plumbing is beyond amazing!! I needed a matter taken care of at my house that my family lives in. I called him and within a few minutes Larry called me back. I explained the situation(s). We made an appointment for today. Larry was able to fix the pipe/plumbing mess up my brother ""thought"" he could fix. Larry repaired it ! I also needed to have the master bathroom toilet repaired. Larry determined a new toilet fixture was needed. He went out and purchased the fixture and installed it without any issues whatsoever. Larry's knowledge in plumbing is beyond is SUPERIOR!! He is a MASTER of this skill !! OUTSTANDING customer service and very PROFESSIONAL!! Costs for services are EXCELLENT!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LANCE'S PLUMBING for helping me!!!

As the maintenance director for a property management company in Davis, I have multiple plumbing issues come up on a weekly basis. Whether it's a sewer line backup, water heater issue, clogged drain or a leaking faucet Larry and Mario are my go to for any plumbing need. They are prompt, professional and stand by their work. This is the second time we have used Lance's Plumbing, both times with great service. Mario came today to help us fix our leaking sink. He gave us a small time window when he would arrive and kept us posted about when he would get here, and showed up just when he said he would, at 8:30 am on a Saturday. He put on protective booties before entering our home. He was warm to our family members and focused on his task. He explained everything before he did it. We will be using Lance's again in the future.

Wow, by far the most affordable service without a loss to excellent customer service. Mario came on time, and was quick to give a FREE estimate (some do not offer this and will just flat out overestimate a project without seeing it). I had a blockage, on the main line, he cleared it out pricing was fair and I'm super happy with his service. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail and provided preventative tips. I will certainly use them as my goto plumber in the future !!

We've been using Larry and Mario for over 20 years, ever since Mario was a kid going along with his dad on jobs. They've cleared our inside drains and outside clean-outs, installed a new toilet, and most recently had to repair our water main the city damaged when they installed the new water meter and refused to fix it since it was on ""our side"". Talk about stress. Mario came out and took care of it for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend Lance's plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs.
