Larry is awesome! We had a slow leak near one of our toilets, but we weren't sure it was the wax seal. Larry made time to check it out as soon as he could, gave us troubleshooting tips and then gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace the seal, if it ended up being that. I contacted him a few days later, not entirely convinced it was, but desperate to confirm - and we got an appointment the next morning! Sure enough, when he pulled up the toilet, there was plenty of evidence the seal was the problem. He replaced the seal (double sealed for a tighter fit to our flooring), the rusted bolts, and the nearby valve, topping it off with a silicone caulking. He did quick, clean work at a great value. Thank you Larry!

I had an issue involving our bathtub/shower and Larry walked me through the steps needed to handle a leak inside our wall. He was able to exactly visualize and explain in clear detail over the phone without a home visit. I had an second issue at the same location and he came over and explained all that I could do myself saving me considerable money solving the problem by following his directions. Some of the problem was a mystery to me before he explained the problem. The fix was manageable my by own labor and HIS knowledge.

When and where in this day and age can you find such notable service? This is true service with total considerate regard for you as a person who needs help. Our home is now dry under the house and our structure is back to being safe and sound. This leak was not visible from inside the bathroom and was causing havoc below the floor and behind the wall. Our appreciation is large.

Garbage disposal gave out after company left. Luckily Lance was able to help on short notice. He arrived on time, wearing a mask and had already picked up the new replacement disposal. 90 minutes later, I had a brand new garbage disposal. Thanks Lance!

I would give more stars if I could. We bought three new bathroom faucets that needed to be installed (husband says he does not do plumbing).
Mario arrived on time, explained the process and expertly removed old faucets and installed new ones. We also had a confusing pipe not fitting under our kitchen sink which he solved and quickly fixed for us. This will be our go to plumber. They are very professional and I'm positive can handle any emergency/difficult plumbing issues with ease. Thank you!

Had a problem with a leaky toilet. Mario got back to me on a Sunday with a reasonable quote, made an appointment for Tuesday, and showed up early, with shoe coverings and a mask. 90 minutes later, my problem was solved and toilet fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would use Lance's Plumbing again in the future.

They are my favorite! Mario was so helpful and so knowledgable. He showed up wearing a mask and shoe coverings. He replaced our leaky kitchen faucet and pot filler in under an hour and then moved onto a bigger problem we had with a leak that led into a wall. He did a few things and said if it didn't work that they would come back. Unfortunately, the first trick didn't work so they came back days later to help with the problem. Not only was it really easy to call and make an appointment they were all so kind. If you have any plumbing problems I would absolutely give them a call!

Weak water flow from the kitchen faucet. Called Larry and although he's outside, he promised he'd call me to set up an appointment once he gets back to the office. And sure enough he called as promised. He came the next day (officially a holiday) and took care of business.
Larry is prompt, professional, and the price is reasonable. The entire time he has his mask on, too. Highly recommended!
