Mr. Lancelotti was fantastic. I called and he discussed the issue with me and actually recommended I call the county/city first as they might fix it for free. Turned out the city/county couldn't, but I called him back and even though it was towards closing time, he squeezed me in same day because he knew he was booked tomorrow. He charged less than other plumbers quoted too. I really appreciate his integrity in being willing to pass up business and recommending i go the free route first and also really appreciate him coming to me on short notice.

Very prompt and professional service. Called at 0800 and they were on site by 0915. Mario was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Also on a side note, when Mario entered into the house he put on booties over his work boots.

I never submit yelp reviews but I really wanted to take time out and Thank Lance's Plumbing. My initial conversation with Larry was great as he explained to me what he thought might be happening and he would refer me to Mario who could get to me as soon as possible as I had no working showers or toilets. Mario was just fantastic. I had 2 plumbers work on fixing a back up in the past 2 months only for it to happen again and didn't really explain the problem completely. Mario was so thorough and explained in a way that made sense to me. He was very detailed and careful putting booties on over his boots just to step in the doorway to plug and unplug the equipment. I am scheduling more work with them. I would highly recommend using their services.

Lance called me right back. He sent Mario to fix my leaking toilet within a hour of calling. Mario was very polite and gave me an estimate on sight once he saw the problem. He fixed the leak including parts very quickly. He also gave me a good price as other plumbers charge more to just walk in the door. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend this company.

I reached out to Lance's plumbing and Mario was quick to contact me, provide me a quote and weset up an appointment the next day to address my issue. I had Mario install an external alkalizing water filter to my kitchen sink. It was a bit complicated because we had to remove the existing faucet and replace a few parts. I contacted a few other plumbers in the area and decided to go with Mario after he stopped by to give me a quote. Since the filter is not a conventional one, the other plumbers made it seem a bit complicated but once Mario looked it over, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely professional and has SERIOUSLY great attention to detail! Cannot stress that enough! He took his time to explain everything and gave me suggestions that I would have otherwise never thought of.

I was initially a bit apprehensive to go with him due to the lack of reviews, but I'm so happy I did. He's thorough with his work, and I highly recommend him.

Mario came by my house to take a look at the life of my plumbing and give an estimate on some things that needed to be fixed. He was on time, super thorough and he even helped me install my hose reel because I was afraid of hitting a pipe. He had great recommendations for my water heater and talked me through the steps he would take to fix my faucet in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this friendly family business.
