I highly recommend Carlos for your plumbing needs. I have called him on several occasions to fix toilet issues and he has responded right away, been reliable in showing up, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very reasonably priced (quite a bit lower than other quotes I had received). In addition, he's just a very pleasant, friendly guy. When I asked about changing up my shower water handle he showed me pictures of prior before and after photos and gave me a quote and his recommendation. He obviously knows what he's doing and documents it well. Very happy I found him!

Lance Plumbing (Carlos) performed a quick and efficient fix to my broken garden water fixture. When the fixture snapped off due to being old and worn I had to cut off the water and make an emergency call. Discovered that Lance Plumbing had a unanimous 5-star rating in Yelp and Nextdoor as well !
He was quick to respond, fixed the faucet with a very reasonable price.

Carlos is very responsive and very knowledgeable. Our shower was leaking into the kitchen below. We didn't know how it was leaking. Our Rheem water heater stopped putting out hot water, and since it was under warranty, and was displaying an error light, we called the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent us the parts they said we needed. We called Carlos, based on these great reviews, to install the parts. He showed up the same day. Turns out we only needed the gas line to be cleared and the pilot light reset! The parts were not needed at all. It was a half hour visit. What a kind, understanding, knowledgeable and caring individual. So glad we called him instead of a big company, who likely would have charged us a minimum of several hours for labor! Carlos will definitely be our plumber for all our future needs. Highly recommend!
