Our Rheem water heater stopped putting out hot water, and since it was under warranty, and was displaying an error light, we called the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent us the parts they said we needed. We called Carlos, based on these great reviews, to install the parts. He showed up the same day. Turns out we only needed the gas line to be cleared and the pilot light reset! The parts were not needed at all. It was a half hour visit. What a kind, understanding, knowledgeable and caring individual. So glad we called him instead of a big company, who likely would have charged us a minimum of several hours for labor! Carlos will definitely be our plumber for all our future needs. Highly recommend!

Our toilet was hissing and the valve had clearly failed. A neighbor gave us the name, and I called late Saturday afternoon expecting voicemail. Carlos answered, and after explaining our problem asked Me to text him our address so he could let me know what time he could come Monday. He followed up, arrived on time, and seeing we wore masks immediately got his. Carlos had the parts needed, gave us a quote, and finished the work quickly and efficiently.
