When you have a real plumbing emergency and anyone shows up they get 5 stars. The stars mean more when it isn't such an urgent catastrophe. The disposal was nearing certain doom. When it did kick the bucket, I called LM Plumbing and they were professional on the phone, prompt, courteous and priced as quoted. Definitely will be using them again!

Great work. They roughed in the plumbing for my master bath in my old home. The house threw them a few issues, but they overcame the doubled up floor joists that were in their way, and even fixed some ugly water lines that were done prior to them coming there. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in one day that would have taken me a week to do.

Fantastic service. We had a main line break at 10:30 pm. Panicking I call this company based on reviews on Yelp. We just moved into the area and knew no one. I must say I couldn't of been more pleased. They quickly picked up the phone and came on over. Within 1 1/2 hours he had the problem fixed. Professional and friendly while highly skilled. Thank you!

Not impressed with these guys. I had a simple job, plumb in a whole house water filter along with a bypass loop into an existing water softener loop in a new construction house. I had the filters mounted to the wall already so all i needed was the actual plumbing. If I can post the pictures, see the before and after shots. Appointment was set for 3. I called and got voicemail at 330, and the guy comes rolling in at 415. He went straight to cutting my water softener loop before disclosing that he only had 2 ball valves on the truck. When I said that wasn't going to work and he could just put it back together and come back later, He called to have someone bring a 3rd valve. Then about 20 minutes later he had to call the guy again to bring him a """"t"""" fitting. I had to repeatedly show him the manufacturers diagram to ensure he plumbed it correctly. Once the work was done the guy sat in his truck for 20 minutes waiting for the glue to dry. In the end 2 hours labor ($190) and $200 in parts for a total of $390. Plumbing is a bit of an art as well as a science. Had I not watched over this guy continuously, I'm certain he would not have plumbed in what I needed. It does work, so I'll give them a 2nd star for that, but I will not call these guys again. Look elsewhere and get an estimate first. The office told me it normally takes """"a couple of hours"""". I expected it to be less since I already had the filters mounted to the wall. I did not expect $200 in parts. Live and learn.

Please be aware of this company. I have the worst experience. I have a regular AC person that I use which is very good and he referred this plumbing company to me. They came out to the house to unclog my kitchen sink. The technician that came out was very nice and polite but he did not have the equipment he needed to do the job. After an hour and a half he told me that he could not unclog the sink because he did not have a strong enough snake and he did not have the camera to see what was going on in the pipe. When I put my request in I told him that the person that came out we would need to have a camera because I had someone to come before and they said the next person that came out we would need a camera. They charged me $165 my sink was not fixed and I was told they would call me back to reschedule. I spoke to the owner of the company and he told me that all the trucks do not have The cameras and other equipment. So therefore the guy cannot do the job because he did not have the equipment and I still have to pay them to come back out. The owner said that he would only charge me half the fee to come back out but what he failed to tell me that the camera cost $125 an hour I wasn't told this until after the technician finished working on the sink $250 today and $165 the day before. They never tell you there's a fee for them to travel there is a fee if there's an extra person there is a fee for additional Quitman that they don't have they do not disclose any of their fees. This Is a company that makes their profit off withholding information and charging extra fees and not disclosing. I feel the company is a rip off and I ask that everyone please be aware before you hire this company bad service bad management bad overall experience

My fiancé and I started the process of buying a house and hired Lance Maxwell Plumbing back on February 24th to do a camera inspection before completing the purchase. During the inspection they found that we had a root blockage coming in where old pipes and new pipes met somewhere between our house and where it connects to the sewer. He gave us an estimate of cost to find the blockage, dig down, remove the blockage and then repair and replace the pipes. After we closed on the house we agreed to have them come out and do the work. Before coming out they had us prepay the invoice for snake machines, 6hrs of labor, fittings and pipes. They sent someone out on March 28th. He spent a couple hours just snaking the pipes and not finding anything. So my fiancé showed him the recording the first person who had come out had given him. He then took another couple hours digging out our sewer main (it had been buried) and the only blockage he could find was at the sewer main because it had been left without a cap. Later that day I wrote to them asking for a partial refund since they had not done as much work as they thought they would and had not replaced anything. After they talked to the 2 people that had been to our house, they agreed to refund us for the cost of the fittings and pipe. After a few weeks we were having a bubbling in our toilets, especially when someone would take a shower. After a couple weeks it began to cause serious issues and we even had it back up in our tub. So my fiancé sent them a message May 2nd stating that since the service our toilets had still been bubbling and sometimes filling up and our shower wasn't draining. He asked if there was a guarantee for the work done. The next morning they called us asking if anyone was home, they would send someone over. The person got here and fixed the back up we had been having and then reported to us that there was a root blockage between our house and the sewer. I tried to explain that they had been to the house two times in the previous months, we paid them to fix this issue already so there shouldn't be a root blockage anymore. He repeatedly talked about visiting the house the previous year or some such and didn't seem to understand that it was not a year ago, but just a month prior. He said he had no knowledge of what I was speaking of and that he'd have to look at the invoices and that he wouldn't bill us for that visit and left. We did not hear from them again. It is now June and we are still having issues. When I pay someone almost $1,400 for a job to NOT have it done, to continue having problems, to not have anyone fix the issue, it is a problem. The man that came the last time acted like he wanted to once again set up an estimate to fix our problem, which we ALREADY paid them to do but apparently had not been done! And then after voicing our issue to him we were brushed off and not contacted afterwards. I suppose since their website doesn't say they guarantee their work we shouldn't have expected them to do the job they are paid to do. Incredibly disappointing and what a waste of our time and money.

I have used them before and would use them again. I have a beef with the price I was charged to install two toilets. Over the phone we had estimated a price based on two technicians with the caveat that the cost could go higher with parts if needed. One technician came and as expected there were some parts needing replacement. However the final bill was over twice what was estimated and I do realize estimating is a challenge. And with only one tech it took longer. So beware of phone estimates. Quality of work was good. But I did feel bamboozeld over the price.

This company and the company they use for leak detection saved me $10,000. Other plumbers were ready to start drilling through my floor for a """"slab leak"""" despite not being able to hear a leak in the house- it ended up being two sprinkler heads in the yard that had been grown over, that were no longer shutting properly. Lance Maxwell replaced my underground and broken water shut off for $250- Roto Rooter quoted me $1,000. Looking for honest and quick plumbers - go with them. Thank you Lance Maxwell- as a single mom homeowner- spending $10,000 on a non-leak would have destroyed me financially.

We had need for several small fixes and called Lance Maxwell Plumbing. They quickly responded and fixed our problems. One issue has been worked on by at least two different plumbers and they said the fix was best that could be done. Well, the man from LAnce Maxwell worked on it and we are finally happy that it works to our satisfaction. He said it just took some thinking and patience. Highly recommend Lance Maxwell and their prices are very reasonable

Great job they are very busy on Monday but be patient price was 120 per hour, emergency call i think that means off hours is 180.00 dollars per hour. My tech was very nice. Happy customer!
