Hot water heater went out Saturday. We called American Home Shield and we were assigned to Lancaster Plumbing. Attempted to make contact, no success. Monday we were able to get a hold of them but they said "we don't have any techs coming to Killeen today". And then we asked about Tuesday (tomorrow). To that we got the response of "well, we don't know". Ridiculous.

These guys are the best! They came out late on a rainy cold Friday afternoon to unclog a very nasty toilet. After they got it unclogged, they cleaned the toilet and the bathroom floor. They also checked to make sure my shower was draining. They were friendly polite and quick. I will always use them and recommend hem to anyone who will listen.

I finally got around to getting a pressure relief regulator installed at my residence. I decided to go with this local business as my wife loves to support from small business. I can say this turned out to be really good decision. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about my request. They were in and had the job complete in about 2 hours. I might add they were also a very friendly crew.

It seems this owner takes pride in his business and the hiring of his employees. I will be using them again in the future should the need arise.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are amazing! We hit a pipe in our front yard cutting off all pressure to the main house. I have three little kids so going without water really isn't an option. I called Lancaster and, even though they had a full schedule already, their technician Dan came to our rescue! Thirty minutes and he was at our house fixing our pipe. Great technician, amazing customer service- I think we've found our new go-to plumbing company!
