Not only is Brian an excellent plumber, but he is also very gracious. He goes the extra distance to help us out. Our family has a 70 year old cabin with 70 year old plumbing, and he has rescued us from plumbing failures on several occasions. He is really busy, but he always manages to make time for us. His charges are more than reasonable considering the level of service he provides. We had the bathtub drain let go, drenching the laundry room below. Airbnb guests were due in a few days, and he got us up and running. That was a tricky repair. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, did troubleshooting on the two toilets multiple times, and most recently fixed a bathroom faucet that was swinging around and dripping. Best of all, he offered to diagnose a worrisome leak out in the yard, even though he specializes solely in indoor plumbing. His diagnosis as a licensed plumber, and one whose good reputation is known to the water company, was essential in getting the private water company to repair their valve. This is not our primary residence, and I only wish I could find a plumber of Brian's caliber, with such a nice personality, in Novato where we live.

I hate to say this but every time I have to call Lampman's I'm very dismayed because there's usually an emergency but then I call and they're very nice and typically really prompt, I'm talking within just a few hours. When you have a plumbing emergency, you want someone professional, honest, and reasonableI've never had an issue with any of their workers there always nice personable. Also I don't feel as though their prices are inflated I really feel as though they're honest, and their prices are very fair.
My mother is a senior citizen, Lampman's has treated her with respect and fairness.

Brian is extremely efficient and more knowledgable than any plumber around. He figured out our very complicated hydronics system and fixed it when other plumbers had failed. Don't hesitate to call him he knows the value of a good customer and we know the value of an excellent plumber.

His work is fine. He charges a lot and is very proud of his work which is reflected in his inflated prices. That said, his bedside manner is horrible and loaded with attitude if you question his work or invoices. His nickname on our project was ""Angry"". There are lots of plumbers in the area. Keep searching. There are people that will appreciate the work more than Brian. Never once received a thank you or any level of appreciation for the thousands we paid to him.

Haven't had a chance to actually use Lampman yet but when I called at 6:00 am to report a problem, Brian called me right back. We couldn't work together this time but I very much appreciated his call back so I could move forward with other options.

We have co tasted Brian Lampman for plumbing needs at our Tahoe cottage and we have been extremely pleased with both the quality of his work and his professional manner in completing the jobs we needed done.

The first job was to repair and completely redo a job formerly completed by a contractor or his apprentice that we had hired for a full kitchen remodel. All of the plumbing under the kitchen sink had been ""McGuyvered"", which resulted in a large leak all over the new wood floors. Brian fit is in quickly and replaced all of the plumbing under the sink, as well as changing the garbage disposal to the larger sink, which our contractor said couldn't be done.

Because of the excellent service we received on the previous call we had him return to pressure test a new gas line to our fireplace stove.

Nothing like being 400 miles away and you get a call saying you have a busted gas pipe. I was able to coordinate with Brian on the same day not only to have him look at it but he actually repaired the valve on the same day! I'm sure this is not always the case but he managed to fit me in on his already busy schedule. I would give 6 stars if allowed

These guys are awesome! I was referred to Brian 4 days ago. He made it by our house as a rush, called me to talk about the job. I was inclined to do a version that was less high quality. He asked to do a couple exploratory tests. The job was done the next day. Beautifully done in a difficult setting. Way less than budgeted on top of it. I will refer them to friends. ( actually did today). It is rare to be thrilled with a contractor.
