A person answered the call, no need to leave a message, and I received a quote the same day for a replacement water heater. The next morning they turned up at 8:00 AM to replace the leaking water heater. Friendly and efficient. I would recommend them.

This company is shi#y and no pun intended here.

I am not sure how companies based on deceit and lies can survive so long. But my guess is this company will not survive for much longer. So anyone thinking of hiring Lamore Plumbing and Heating this is a friendly warning.

Basically The owner Brian is a complete nightmare to work with. He pretends to be a professional businessman running his business which is anything but professional! Basically he is an expert in lying, and it is not a stretch to say pure thief. Please be warned and share this. Never ever hire this plumber.

The short story is I had a big contract with him to do plumbing in my house. He started well and did his job for a few days. But after he got paid in advance for a 2/3 price of a water tank (with a huge markup) he said that he is done working and go find another plumber.

Basically Lamore Plumbing and heating's business model is

""charge in advance, make your clients life a hell, try to walk away or let them fire you and keep the money""

Well, Lamore, this mode of running a business is no-more!
