I was very happy with their service. They were prompt and clean and I got my new water heater quickly so I wasn't without hot water all week.
My son's basement had flooded (on a Saturday, of course) and we couldn't figure out what was causing it. Tried everything we knew. Called Lambson and they were there within an hour. Figured out the problem in short order and only charged $200. Super friendly and very professional. Would recommend without reservation.
Steve D.I recently had a drain back up in he basement so I called Lambson plumbing to schedule a time to have it looked at. When my wife got home from work she discovered the problem had gotten worse so I called Scott from Lambson plumbing for advice on what to do. Scott asked a few questions then decided he better come out now instead of waiting, so at 9:30 pm Scott cleared the drain and saved us from having to clean up a big mess. Thank you again Scott!
Stacy N.The technician took forever to come up with a strategy to deal with the leak, slowly walked back and forth from my house to the truck multiple times, slowly dug through the truck multiple times, got some parts, changed his mind on parts multiple times, slowly (this ate up a half hour on its own), then used the parts I PROVIDED (or the job would have been another damn hour), complained the whole time about getting underneath my house, did the relatively simple job, then FLOORED ME when he tried to claim that the clock started running when he was dispatched, not on arrival. INCREDIBLE. I've never seen someone so blatantly intentionally stretch a job out in such overt fashion then use the unethical and dishonest tactic of claiming the clock started when he was dispatched and not on arrival. I pointed out that obviously industry standard is the clock starts on arrival and he clearly knew I was right because he didn't challenge that point, but he didn't refigure the time. I think he was specifically trained to stretch jobs out by walking slowly and taking up time digging through the truck. He kept talking about how afraid of his boss he was. In the end I felt very ripped off.
