I was in need of a fast furnace repair during an unexpected cold spell from our wonderful Nevada unpredictable weather. Our family was cold and we couldn't get our furnace running no matter what we did. Bob at Lamb's Heating was courteous, informative and had our home warm and cozy faster than I could get anyone else out here. I worked for a Heating & Air company for 8 years in the past, so I know what a good service tech is all about. I later referred this company to a friend who got an incredible install as well. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call next time you need service and / or installation needs. Bravo!

They came out to do routine service on my furnace on Oct 17th 2019. Les the guy that came out just fiddled with my furnace, replaced nozzle, filter etc. Before Les left he gave me his cell phone number and told me that if there are any more problems with my furnace that ""He's doing me a huge favor by taking the call and not Lambs."" That night furnace stopped working, no heat!

On Oct 19th, 2019 I had a ABL chimney sweep come clean my furnace, chimney and everything. They did an awesome job!

That night Oct 19th, 2019 I texted Les telling him that I was without heat and had my furnace cleaned. He told me that he would be over at my place the next day to service my furnace again. Reminding me that he's doing me a huge favor for taking the call and not Lambs. Les came over on his day off. He talked to himself a lot and mumbled about both my starter boxes were probably the cause for my furnace not working. He told me that he had to leave and drive back home to get parts and run errands. He returns later in the afternoon and replaces both parts with used parts that didn't work. He fired up my furnace with a yellow jump start cable told me that I'm good to go on heat again. Removed the cable and charged an extra $50 an hour for his so called favor. That night my furnace wouldn't start, no heat! Les left one of the starter boxes that he replaced unscrewed, totally loose and not even wired to my furnace.

Today Oct 29th, 2019 I was able to find a much more reliable heating company to come and repair the mess that Les did to my furnace.

Lambs lost my total complete trust in them after years of service with them. Lambs you lost a customer!
