They were easy to work with . They contacted me as soon as they were available . Showed up on time . The technician was nice and very informative. He wasted no time on trying to figure out the problem he knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked at the problem spot. The gal answering the phone was very professional and sweet especially for putting up with my grumpy mood ... :)

we've used lamar several times before, this time they came for a outside faucet problem. afterwards seems like everything was right. two days latr while rearranging office room , i moved sofa and desk around and noticed medium size hole pertruding inword from wall behind sofa. obiouvisly made by plumbers two day earlier while working on faucet, you can see where pipe hits sheetrock, like if pipe is too long. they were hammering away while working like to make the pipe fit. i phoned them and explained what happened they told me they would call me back. the plumber who did the work phoned my wife to say he was going over to assess the damage. they were suppose to phone me cuz i wanted to be there when someone showed up , also i didnt want the same person to go look at damage cuz of course he was going to say he didnt cause the hole in the wall, and thats exactly what happened. i told the lady if a supervisor or manager could come and see what happened not the plumber who caused it . i asked what is he going to do fix the wall or what. the lady said she thought thats what would happen, he would fix the wall . what ? hes a carpenter also? he coukdnt even do the plumbing correctly and you say hes going to fix the wall ? wow! im still waiting for a call back to fix the wall . unbelievable . i told her i knew he was going to say he didnt do it , thats why i asked for someone else to assess the damage.

I have used Lamar Plumbing for almost 10 years now and they can almost always come out the same day or the following day. The problems are always resolved with one visit. Definitely my first call for plumbing issues!

I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard. They arrived in a timely manner. The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move. A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard. They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak. A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere. Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes. They fixed the leak. I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone. My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone. Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.
