Lalo's is the most honest company that I have dealt with. Their work is outstanding. I will definitely call them if I have any other problems in the future. If I could give 10 Stars I would-oh wait I just did LOL! The fact that they are a family owned business is wonderful too. Extremely professional and I highly recommend them. This was for outside main pump work.

On a Saturday morning our hot water pipe, which was in the concrete slab foundation, sprang a leak. Because of all of the good ratings on yelp, I called Lalo's Sewer and Drain and Lalo was here within one hour.

We had our water lines rerouted from the slab up through the walls, to the bathrooms, across the attic and back down the walls (our home is 2 stories!) to the kitchen. Lalo and his crew did a super job. The job took 5 days and during most of each day we had working sinks and toilets. Lalo never left us without water overnight.

The price was reasonable, the craftsmanship was excellent, and crew were both professional and friendly. Lalo always went the extra mile, including a professional cleaner to make sure the construction dust was cleaned up throughout the house.

This is a long overdue review- I have had Lalo out to fix things 3 times now. 1st time was a clogged shower- He gave me a reasonable quote so I hired him after reading reviews on Yelp. He arrived at the agreed on time- fixed the problem AND cleaned up after the job- something other plumbers havent done. I was very happy with the work he performed.
2nd time- the tiled shower wall in my kids bathroom collapsed- I was hoping it was going to be a quick easy fix-NOT. Turned out that a pipe in between the wall had been leaking- a long time. After talking to Lalo about the fixes, I decided to remodel the bathroom-down to the studs. He showed me pics of work he had done at previous jobs- gave me a great quote ( I know this because I had the other bathroom remodeled a few years prior and paid WAY more). To add to the mix- I work an alternate shift- 3 nights a week, and its usually hard to schedule craftsmen that will work around my daytime sleeping.
To make a long story short, Lalo and his guys did an outstanding job, in a timely manner (the work was actually DONE when he said it would be- not my experience with any other contractor!), that worked for my sleeping. They cleaned up after every day they worked, and we couldnt even tell there was construction going on in the house. Everyone who sees the bathroom loves it. I can not rave enough about the whole experience!
3rd time- My home is about 60 years old and was suffering from low water pressure and the hot water was at best warm water. Time to repipe the house. By this time I dont even bother calling anyone else for a quote- I know that Lalo will give me a fair price and do a great job- and as usual- he did. The job is done and I am thrilled with the work done.
This man is professional, dependable, does stellar work and keeps you informed about whats going on with the job- I wish every contractor took a lesson from Lalo!

Today i called Lalo at 6:20pm to come and fix my clogged toilet and my slow draining sink.

He estimated that he would be there at 7:20, but knowing that he would be here early (he was last time). I was ready for him

He showed up at 7:00pm with his cousin Luis and i told him what was wrong and he checked both areas out, after he removed his shoes without me having to ask him at all. bad ass

Anyways, he checked the toilet and the sink and says he can fix both no problem. He gets to work and fixes both and lets me know if anything breaks down again to hollar at him and he will come out to fix it, warranty type thing.

Lalo is a great guy! fun to talk with, understanding, patient and extremely respectful. If i EVER have a plumbing issue, this is the guy im calling HANDS DOWN.

Luis was pretty funny too, reminds me of those strong and quiet types, but is secretly hilarious, im sure you know people like that

This was my second time calling Lalo over and it was just as wonderful experience as the first!

Lalo is great. I had an emergency situation (we could not turn off the water!!). He was the 3rd plumber I called; he was the first to respond. I called him shortly after 8pm on a Thursday night; he arrived before 8:30. He was quick, courteous (he took his shoes off before entering the house, even without me asking), and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed in minutes. He had the necessary replacements parts with him. He charged a very reasonable price for his services. I am a very satisfied customer, and will definitely use him again.

Lalo is great. We needed someone to work on our dishwasher airgap that was leaking. We called him early on a Sunday and was at our house within 15 minutes. No extra charge, reasonable rates, quality work and he is friendly. I highly recommend him.

Today I had my second experience with Lalos sewer and drain. The first time his team had to unclog a sewer pipe and I honestly have to say that it was truly great service. Today I had a shower valve that was leaking and the shower was drip...drip... dripping... I called on a Saturday and he had another job he was working and said that he would be at my house within a few hours at 1pm. . . . When he arrived , he informed that he had to replace the valve stems, would have to buy them and be back in 45 minutes. I ran some errands and was running late and called him to let him know, he was already at my house waiting and said: ""don't worry take your time"" I let him know I was on my way it would only be another 5 minutes. When I arrived he was very cordial, and replaced the valves after removing his shoes to walk into the house. He even reduced his original estimate by $25 because of an issue. I highly recommed Lalo.

Thanks to yelp I found Lalo's. I had a pipe leak under my kitchen sink. Lalo came on time, & the rates are really reasonable. He & his assistant even fixed a small leak that I didn't notice under the kitchen drain for free :) If that's not good business, I don't know what is.

Called them and left a message on Monday. Waited and waited Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. No call at all. Too busy? Can't take on any more clients? Not servicing Fremont anymore? How would I know.

BTW, their address is longer in Fremont. It's now P O Box 1299, San Jose, CA 95108. Verified with the state contractors license board and BBB websites. That's consistent with the phone number listed here.

I called another plumber this morning and got very good service with them. They were my #2 on my short list. Lalo's was #1. Not anymore.
