lalo provides great service. I've used them a number of times. their guys are always awesome. Great communicators great workers work is done quickly. It's done efficiently and the staff is very attentive to service. I would like to commend them for coming Sunday five minutes before close to service my sewer line that was backed up. They came out. They happily worked a little bit later in their day to get me through and didn't charge me any extra. Main drain between the house and street get's clogged about once every few years, neighbors tree roots. I've owned the house for 28yrs, so you can imagine how many times I've had this done. It's 50ft from our clean out to the street, straight shot, and the job takes 30 mins tops with an electric auger. Our main go to person retired, so I called 5 different companies that night. Most were in Livermore and quoted anywhere from $360 - $600+. I started to think that maybe I'm in the wrong profession. Roto-Rooter even sent a few guys out that evening, but was the highest quote. And for some reason, they thought I needed to send a camera down the drain? Lalo's texted me that night with a quote that was inline with what we paid our previous retired plumber. Quick professional job in less than 30mins, and even cleaned up the area. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Save yourself time and just use this company.

Used Lalo's services twice now! First time in Oct 2023 when my parents' washer was leaking water. Called Lalo and he sent out Junior and another crew member. They were both very professional and helped explain what was causing the leak. They cleared the pipes for the washing machine and we haven't had an issue with leaking since! Second time was in January 2024 - my parents' water heater had a problem where hot water wasn't coming out. Called Lalo that Sunday morning and he sent out two guys again within a few hours. They fixed it and my parents haven't had a problem since.

If you're looking for someone reliable and trustworthy for repairs, definitely give Lalo a call. I hope I don't have to reach out to Lalo anytime soon again but when I do need to, I know he'll be the first person I contact for home repairs!

I had a clogged toilet which wouldn't unclog using plunger or drainex.

It was a Sunday afternoon so was not sure if any plumber would come.

Lalos responded promptly , came within 2 hours as promised, unclogged the toilet and charged a really great price.
