Called Lakota Plumbings 24/7 line on Sunday 5/19/19 with basement concrete floor having water coming up from the drain. Needed to correct with tenants living in the house. Tuesday 5/21/19 NO RESPONSE from Lakota Plumbing.

I felt I was over charged. I think he started the clock on me before he said he would be there, and charged me lot for some very inexpensive parts that he used.

Lakota went above and beyond. From a professional and happy person who booked the appointment to the Plumber being on time. It was a small job and I got quoted the hourly
rate. It was only a few minutes and Justin said, ""No Charge"" I was going to give him a tip and he said no thank you. It made my whole day! I will use them again!

Will not use again! 9am appointment rescheduled by them, as owners wife (he says) overbooked him. 3 pm rescheduled appointment was a NO SHOW! Called in at 3:30pm and was told He was down the street and would be here in 5 min. Called back at 4 pm and asked where he was or when he would arrive. Another 5 min, She says. NO need I say. I'll use someone who is more HONEST and who VALUES ""Our"" time! Poor business practices coupled with no honor or integrity.
