I have an old house (45 years old), so when I opened my water bill and saw how much more water was used than usual, I knew I was in trouble. I called the water company, and they confirmed that the leak was on my side of the shut-off valve. I called Lakeway Plumbing, and set up an appointment for the next day. José and Hector were right on time, and to make the story short, found that one of the toilets was running, though so slowly that I hadn't noticed or heard it. In just a few minutes, José had the innards replaced. I share a shut-off valve from the street with my neighbor, so while José was working, Hector and I were discussing what to do about the outside shut-off valve. All in all, about a 45-minute job; I was very relieved that it was not a more labor-intensive job (and I'm sure José and Hector were, too!). I'm extremely pleased with the job they did; if I could give six or seven stars, I would. I highly recommend Lakeway Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future problems. David S.

Recently had issues with water pressure inside my home. Called Lakeway Plumbing and made an appointment. Very prompt response and service!

LP was able to give me an exact quote over the phone. Awesome! LP replaced a water pressure relief valve, 3/4", and included excavation up to 18" deep. They charge $120/hr; very competitive pricing.

No hidden fees. Total was $475, fixed within two days of initial call, 90 labor warranty, and one year parts.

That evening...LIKE A SPA EXPERIENCE DURING COVID - THE BEST SHOWER I'VE HAD IN A LOOONG TIME! Thank you Lakeway Plumbing.

Can't say enough about my experience with lakeway plumbing and Matthew who was the plumber who came out. He came with the part we needed for our hot water heater and was in and out in 30 minutes. So many times when a plumbing company leaves my house I feel taken advantage of. Not this time I felt very good about the entire experience and to have them be a local company was added benefit. I had my PRV go bad. Based on my research online I knew it was going to cost around $400 to replace it. I first called Daniel plumbing. They came by and gave me a quote for $2100. I called radiant plumbing. They came by and gave me a quote for $1000. I was shocked. I then called lake way plumbing. Eric immediately picked up the phone and gave a quote right on the phone. The next day Freddie and Carlos came by, in about an hour the work was done. They also fixed some leaks and a toilet that was leaking for free as a courtesy. I can't say enough about lake way plumbing. Thank you so much for being honest and putting the customer first. Everything about Lakeway plumbing was world class!

I got off to a great start with Lakeway plumbing. Put in a request through the Yelp app and Erick got back to me very quickly. He was able to come out the next day to look at my project. The job was to remove an old undermount kitchen sink and disposal and install new ones. It seemed fairly straightforward and he scheduled me for the following week on 9/9, six days away. Great! Day of our appointment, the crew arrived and immediately seemed riled. Asked if I had told Erick that it was an undermount, and I said that he had personally inspected it. Many phone calls ensued. Finally they began work, removing the faucet and the disposal. Many more calls. Seems the sink was attached with a super epoxy which they said they didn't have the tools to do. I need a counter installer to deal with it. So the crew left, telling me that Erick would be back to me about when the counter guy would arrive. We waited around for the counter guy for two days, who was supposed to let us know when he was coming. He showed up at 6:15 on day two as we were leaving, and we arranged for him to come the following day. He was a no show. To make a long story short, I never again had a proactive contact from Lakeway Plumbing, nor did I see another person. I sent seven texts to Erick asking for a status, until finally on 9/12, he finally ghosted me completely. We immediately contacted another plumber who was awesome and had the entire job done beautifully in two days. Bottom line is that we were without a kitchen sink for 10 days. It was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate service experience I've had in a long time.

The owner is incredibly rude. He had a horrible attitude and was snappy with me while asking questions about his services. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this person in anyway shape or form.

On-time, thorough, professional blah, blah, blah these guys are really quite good and their services are reasonably priced. Our particular job involved moving a water line to accommodate a fire/water feature, which, as may be obvious, but involves moving gas lines too. Indeed, the inspector commented how "clean" their overall work looked. Absolutely low stress company to deal with. We will hire them again.
