I had a water heater burst that flooded the entire garage and part of downstairs. We had 13 Airbnb guests without hot water. I called at about 430. Eric said he could have somebody there in two hours. We communicated back-and-forth via text. I sent him all the photos of the tank and area that he requested. It started to get late and he never showed. He stopped responding to my calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I thought maybe he'd reach out in the morning but he didn't. I would've found another plumber if he had just said he couldn't take care of it.

Now, on Wednesday after reading my review Eric has finally responded to me and is threatening to report me to his "friends"

We had Devon and Carlos out to fix the hot water valve on our bath tub. Casa Mechanical attempted to fix the problem, but failed to solve the problem, which the work was originally done by them. Devon and Carlos were very professional and fixed the valve. Give these two hard workers a raise.

I have used them on several occasions, with the largest being re running the plumbing for a shop. They did a great job, and got everything up in running an timly manner. When ever I have needed anything, or had an emergency, they have been prompt to respond. I highly recomend them.

We were having issues with our toilet leaking and not flushing. I called Eric and he had one of his plumbers over here the same day and we live out in Lago Vista so it's an hour drive for them.

Anyway, very happy with the service and the plumber he sent was very courteous and professional. Had our toilet fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and did it in a timely fashion.

He even cleaned up everything and left the bathroom looking better than when he found it.

Wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend them!

We got several quotes on the replacement of our two electric hot water heaters. Their quote was very fair to replace both units and bring them up to code. The service was professional and prompt. I highly recommend going local with Lakeway Plumbing.

We have had them come out in the past and repair some bathroom fixtures, always professional and on time (during the timeframe given). Recently we had a water heater issue, had them remove two water heaters and replace with tankless. We were fortunate to have both Freddie and Devin as our technicians for the tankless water heater replacement. They were awesome -- very knowledgeable, diligent and took the time to answer all our questions. Just got a new water heater installed from Lakeway Plumbing. Really impressed with the professionalism and overall experience. Carlos and Devon installed are unit. It was hot and they had to walk up a ton of steps and until a large unit in a tiny attic space. They were extremely kind and just came off overwhelmingly positive. I was really impressed with both of them specifically. This was by far the best plumbing experience we've had since moving to Austin 9 years ago. It's been one headache after another but these guys changed my perception. I will absolutely use them again.
