Had a great experience with Freddy and Austin last year, replacing my PRV. Needed them back out today to find an elusive water leak - something that can be an expense nightmare. Instead, they traced it to a commode seal leak and had it quickly repaired. Lakeway Plumbing provides great service at a fair price. Wish I could give them six stars!

Lakeway Plumbing Co truck was driving like an absolute maniac on Christmas Eve. Lifted white F-250 with a USMC sticker on the back window. Lined up in a turn only lane on 620 then floored it to skip the line of cars at a red line.

He then proceeded to drive 80mph down 2222 while swerving all over the road. At the 2222/360 intersection he tried it AGAIN, but the roads were wet from the rain and he lost traction. Driver still tried to cut off an SUV but he ran out of roadway.

If they plumb like they drive, you should do business elsewhere, as there was a blatant disregard for everyone else's safety.

Protip: Don't drive like a jackhole, in the rain, on Christmas Eve, when your truck is plastered in company logos.

Not a review of their work. I was traveling through lakeway when i came up on one of their drivers doing 40 in a 50.. Its an retire community so thats normal. Whats not normal is when you try to pass them, they try to run you off the road.. He not only sped up but pulled into my lane and tried to hit the side of my car. I passed him then he tailgated. So i called the number on the truck and the receptionist kept interrupting and tell me to calm down... Hung up on her.. I will never call them for work, but wouldnt have before either. Mom and pops only, for this very reason.. The employees dont care and it shows by their receptionist

Had Carlos come out and pull old toilet (leaking)and reset new toilet. He arrived promptly at 8:30am. Lakeway plumbing was the only company who could get us scheduled immediately, which was needed since we had company coming into town! Fast and reliable. Will definitely use them again!
