I've been meaning to post this review for awhile. I'm an owner of a bar/restaurant in South Austin. Our plumbing is a bit on the older side, to say the least. Anytime we have a plumbing emergency (which always seems to be Friday's and Saturdays) these gentlemen get to us quick. When they say what time they'll be there, that's when they'll be there (usually earlier) Long story short, these are our go to guys. They've done really big jobs for us and they'll also come out for small ones. They've definitely saved us. Thanks Lakeway Plumbing.

Erik reached out right away and upon arrival, took complete ownership of the problem and resolution (called the manufacturer, arranged for a replacement, etc.). As a single mom, this is invaluable!

Caitlyn &Jose called before coming, arrived on time and worked hard for a solid hour and a half.

They corrected all the problems I asked them to, found and corrected some I didn't know about, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.

This was all at a very reasonable price.

These guys were on time, polite and professional. They got both of our sinks hooked up with no issues and let me know that the faucets I bought had lifetime warrantees, which I didn't know. I wouldn't have called and registered them if they hadn't told me.

Great, Honest, and on time!

I wish I would have called Lakeway Plumbing first. Eric, was my plumbing advocate and did everything in his power to get my water back on. Zack and Ruben on site were knowledgable, friendly and hard working--really hardworking! My original estimate from another plumber (That I think is a crook) was over $8000, Lakeway Plumbing fixed the problem in one day for less than $325!

Beware. Beware. Use this company at your own peril!!!!

A simple replacement of the washer control box (where the hoses from the washing machine connect to the water supply) turned into a nightmare. They caused a leak which ended up flooding the wood floors. The floors needed to be replaced to the tune of nearly $17,000. After being lied to several times about liability insurance information, I had to file an open records request with the State Board of Plumbing Examiners to obtain Lakeway Plumbing's insurance carrier. Needless to say, Eric Kuehn, the Responsible Master Plumber for Lakeway Plumbing, denied responsibility for the shoddy work resulting in his insurance company (Utica National) denying the claim. Fortunately my company (Met Life) covered the damage but I am still out the deductible.
