We are leaking! Those are the words homeowners never want to hear. Sure enough, water was dripping down a light fixture in our house. We've a crazy amount of rain lately but this fixture looked to be just above the kids bathroom upstairs. We were lost. We asked a friend if they knew a plumber and they recommended Lakeway Plumbing. The rest is history. They answered immediately, asked the right questions over the phone, scheduled the appointment (once we determined it was an emergency), showed up on time, and fixed our issue. We are so pleased with the high level of service Lakeway Plumbing provided. They were super nice and responsive and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for? We'll be calling and referring these guys without question.

Fantastic service I received from Eric. He showed up promptly and was very thorough and friendly. Explained things in a way that I could understand, and did not treat me like many service people treat women. He thoroughly diagnosed the on-going problem, and a simple fix, offered to get the part for me or said I could go to Home Depot and buy one myself. He then happily looked at several different things that I added on last minute (ie: replacement toilet estimates--half of what I'd been quoted in the past--and tub handles in which immediately started a search for missing parts) Highly recommend.

I contacted Lakeway Plumbing to replace my washer/dryer closet faucet valves which had become frozen due to corrosion. The following morning, Matthew and Justin arrived at my condo on time. They got started right away and wrapped up the job within about 30 minutes. The amount charged was very reasonable.
I really appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by Matthew and Justin. I will contact Lakeway Plumbing for my future plumbing issues and I will happily recommend them to others.

Three thumbs up (if I had more than two)! We needed our outside pressure relief valve (PRV) replaced. Erick the owner was super responsive. Mathew and Jose did the work. They were fast and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I can only give this company one star because after a week of asking for a quotation for work to be done, and being promised i would have the prices the next day, I gave up.

This company has great reviews, and probably does a great job if and when they have the time. If you need to have something done within a certain period of time , i would look elsewhere.

Technician called 45 minutes ahead as I had asked and arrived on time. Had all the parts needed to replace water heater thermostats, so no delay or return trip. Fast and good quality work at a reasonable price.

Seeing all these great reviews makes me wonder, because I've used Eric on two occasions with very different results. Once at my in-law's house that we are preparing to sell -- the toilet continues to periodically run, and he has not followed up. Then, as my bath was being refurbished, my contractor happened to be using him. In that case, the shower control was loose and he said he would come fix it but didn't. Didn't even call to tell me that he wasn't coming. Then the tub drain wouldn't close completely, and wouldn't come back out to repair his work, because he said it was the drains fault, not his work! Turned out he didn't know how to adjust it; the contractor fixed it instead. Total flake. Steer clear.

I had a small leak on an outside faucet and Mathew and Jose came by earlier than scheduled and did a great job. They texted me 20 minutes before they arrived as well. They had to go back for a part and even texted me when they were ready to turn off the water while I worked in the house. Very professional and I liked how they wrapped the pipes too! I will use them again.

Extremely fast and courteous response to a web inquiry. I sent a message at 8:30 AM and they were at my house at 11:30 the same day. The team that came out was very courteous, efficient, and effective. They will definitely be my first call the next time I need a plumber.
