I needed a mixing valve replaced and wasn't sure I could do it myself. Eric was willing to fit me into his busy schedule. He was on time, fast... amazingly fast, and professional. I had put this project off for too long, I am so glad to be able to finally have normal water temperatures! Hopefully nothing else goes wrong, but if it does, I know who to call.

From start to finish hiring Girard Plumbing and heating was a great decision. My initial contact with Sue was excellent, she was pleasant, friendly and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days (my need was not urgent but was surprised at how quickly they were able to provide service). On the day of the appointment Sue called to make sure we would be home and dispatched Russell who arrived within 30 minutes. He was fantastic! Professional with over 30 years experience, he made some recommendations regarding our issue and was able to complete the job within an hour.
Will certainly recommend Girard P&H to anyone requiring their services and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
