This was the worst experience that I could imagine. I hired the owner of Lakeview Plumbing to winterize my home while I was away for 3 months. He came to my home, surveyed the job, paid and gave him a key. While I was out of the country he emailed me that he could not complete the job and would be out of the area. I emailed back several times asking for him to find another plumber to finish the job. He finally responded that he ""would see what he could do."" After no further response I emailed again requesting instructions on what I could do when I returned home. He never responded and left me hanging with no possibility to be able to contact another plumber being I was out of the country. Next, my property owner contacted a plumber who agreed to finish the winterizing. It was discovered that the previous plumber did not turn the main water valve to shut off the flow to prevent breaking water lines. After the pipes were thawed the water heater was damaged and leaked like Niagara Falls. At the cost of $1200 I was forced to replace the water heater due to damage caused by freezing water and damaged elements in the hot water heater that failed due to the damage. I have no idea where he is and disappointed that I put my trust in his service that was never initated properly nor completed besides the lack of effort to assist in solving the problem.

Would not recommend. They did some work my home when purchased for a few thousand $. I have called a couple of times for minor plumbing issues. No response. When you call, we had an emergency but will get to it in a few days.....no response not even a courtesy call to say we are not interested. Why not say it up front and stop wasting everyone's time?
