Matt is the epitome of a professional, no-nonsense, ""get-it-done"" guy. Just the kind you want to help you out. I purchased a heating propane stove online and had it delivered. I had two other guys come and try to get it working. No dice. I called Matt and he first came to my home to figure out what was wrong, then came back a 2nd time and fixed in less than 45 minutes. He is so knowledgeable and does his job with integrity. Now, I have Matt on speed-dial. He's friendly, even-tempered, does the homework, and gets it done. I highly recommend Matt.

I would have given him less only there are no less.. My father bought a boiler from this man who sold him on the lifetime service of both the Weil McLain boiler and his services, he NEVER SHOWS UP and the Weil McClain boiler costs so much to run per year...I have asked this fellow to come service it and he STOPPED SHOWING ALTOGETHER.(I know my father died but i am not poor). Dont trust him, dont hire him, STAY AWAY!!!! He is a thief and a liar.(I cannot go into it, but lets just say, when we had a Warranty repair, and decided to do it ourselves(he wanted $4,000 to do it, the REPLACEMENT CORE ONLY COST $1000.)..HE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER And told them it was bad water and to void the warranty....THIS MAN IS AS DISHOINEST AS THE DAY IS LONG!!!!)

I can't say enough good about Matt he's always available when your home needs him! He has helped me w plumbing and HVAC needs, always honest and reasonable!

Work order sent to him thru AHS, had to call him and he told us he can get to us same day due to emergency with no heat in house. Never called back to keep me informed of him showing up or not. I highly don't recommend this company regardless of what work he can do, customer service fails for this company. American Home Shield (AHS) also was notified of this issue.

Matt' has been taking care of our seasonal residence on Henderson Bay for what's coming up on 3 seasons. He has come over to address issues even on holiday weekends...without a hint of hesitation. Anytime we have had a 'difference of opinion' regarding service or cost...satisfactory resolution by both parties was achieved.

I read the other review and I simply cannot disagree more.

I would absolutely recommend Matt...without question.

Very disappointed, I called a week earlier to get an appointment and the day of the appointment he did not show up and he would not even take the phone call. absolutely avoid at all costs!!! irresponsible and untrustworthy. Completely unprofessional!!! Do not waste your time trying to schedule someone who is not even competent enough to follow through on an obligation.
