What an amazing job done right!. Thank you Lakeside so much for coming out and fixing both shower issues. It took another company Drain2go ( do not recommend ) three times to come out and then tell us it's a insurance issue. Jack came out and once he knew what it would take to get the job done he got us up and running right away. I guess we are not """"techies"""" and had a Nest thermostat in the new home we purchased. Could not figure it out for the life of me! We contacted Lakeside late in the afternoon about getting a replacement and they were out in the morning with one we could figure out. The technician had his mask on, went right to it and explained to us all the features of it and also how to replace the battery in it, in the event the battery dies and needs to be replaced. Very happy with the service provided by them.

Overall great experience from the receptionist to the service department. My old a/c unit went out and the service department promptly came to my residence to investigate the problem. Lakeside gave me an honest opinion on whether to repair or replace the unit. The unit was ultimately replaced and it was installed without a hitch.

We just moved into a new home last week after moving to Florida and the AC went out ! We called lakeside and they sent someone over within the hour ! The technician Nick was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with our current system. He walked us through each step. After realizing we needed a new system he helped us pick the best affordable system for our home. The next day Omar and the team had our new AC installed. Recently our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced in our home. I had about eight companies come out to give estimates in regards to the cost, maintenance & guarantee options, system types, seer level, etc. My husband and I ended up going with Lakeside heating, cooling, and plumbing. We were not disappointed. Today was our install day and the team arrived and they did a great job, they were very friendly and they talked us through the unit and the new thermostat upon completion. Overall we had a great experience with them. The only thing I would say has room for improvement, is there automated email and texting system. Both of these were sent to us to confirm our appointment for today and both posted a time of 9:00 a.m. Around 9:30 they still are not here to install so I called the office to follow up. The lady who answered the telephone was very friendly and informed me that actually is not one set time but rather a window of time so that the employees can show up to the office and get what they need for the day in the a.m. This does make perfect sense, I just wish the texting an email systems would have informed me of this time range rather than one specific time. But again, overall they did an incredible job and we are very satisfied with our choice!
