Overall great experience from the receptionist to the service department. My old a/c unit went out and the service department promptly came to my residence to investigate the problem. Lakeside gave me an honest opinion on whether to repair or replace the unit. The unit was ultimately replaced and it was installed without a hitch.

We just moved into a new home last week after moving to Florida and the AC went out ! We called lakeside and they sent someone over within the hour ! The technician Nick was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with our current system. He walked us through each step. After realizing we needed a new system he helped us pick the best affordable system for our home. The next day Omar and the team had our new AC installed. They were so quiet I never heard them working while in our home !!! We can't say enough about Lakeside. Please call them when you need professional honest work done on your heating and cooling !!!!

Recently our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced in our home. I had about eight companies come out to give estimates in regards to the cost, maintenance & guarantee options, system types, seer level, etc. My husband and I ended up going with Lakeside heating, cooling, and plumbing. We were not disappointed. Today was our install day and the team arrived and they did a great job, they were very friendly and they talked us through the unit and the new thermostat upon completion. Overall we had a great experience with them. The only thing I would say has room for improvement, is there automated email and texting system. Both of these were sent to us to confirm our appointment for today and both posted a time of 9:00 a.m. Around 9:30 they still are not here to install so I called the office to follow up. The lady who answered the telephone was very friendly and informed me that actually is not one set time but rather a window of time so that the employees can show up to the office and get what they need for the day in the a.m. This does make perfect sense, I just wish the texting an email systems would have informed me of this time range rather than one specific time. But again, overall they did an incredible job and we are very satisfied with our choice!

Incredibly happy customer!! Not only did they provide the BEST option out of 4 quotes I obtained. They took time to answer all my questions and teach me about what I was buying so I could make a truly informed decision. I didn't feel like I was being SOLD I feel like they were actually helping me which showed they CARE. They further proved they cared by making sure everything worked and was programmed to my satisfaction. I couldn't get the WiFi feature to work. I attempted to contact customer service on the device to fix myself but couldn't. Instead of sending me to instructions or back to customer service they sent out one of their techs who had some knowledge and success on IT stuff. It took several attempts but they stayed and troubleshot until they got it working! Excellent customer service. GREAT TEAM! Even if you have to pay a tad bit more (which I didn't cause they had the best deal)... it's worth it! Nothing beats great customer service. Found out they do plumbing too. They will definitely be my one stop shop for Heating, Air, & Plumbing because I know I can trust them. Grateful!

It is Sunday and I must have called 30 A/C places trying to get my A/C fixed. Did I mention it's Sunday. And it's summer in Florida. Most places I called had answering services who had people call me back to say they can't come out till Monday. When I called Lakeside first of all it was the owners voicemail I got. He called me back right away and let me know he would send someone within a couple hours. Robert came out and within five minutes he had it fixed. Thank you Lakeside we will only use your company from now on.

I recently had a complete new central heat & air installation from Lakeside. They provided a great experience from the first call to them to follow up after the installation. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I have had complete systems installed in other homes using other contractors and this is by far the best looking installation and best performing one. Oh, and did I mention the best price? And I checked 3 other contractors for the exact same unit. I recommend these guys without reservation and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Would highly recommend this company They definitely deserve a five star rating knowledgeable and very professional from start to finish Michael did a wonderful job and his cleanup was impeccable would definitely use this company again haven't had such a great experience in the past with businesses that do air-conditioning and plumbing and I must say I was highly impressed.

I saw other reviews of Lakeside on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. We had a damp spot in a corner of my bedroom. Michael came out first thing and went above and beyond to help us (and our neighbor) find the source of the leak. I highly recommend this company and Michael Moody. Very satisfied!
