Couldn't even get them to return a call, would rate zero stars if I could. I can't wait until the economy is crap and all you garbage contractors go out of work. Either answer your phone and man up or fade away like you inevitability will.

I have a summer condo in Spirit Lake. I monitor the temperature inside remotely and the weekend of February 23, I noticed that the temperature was slowly dropping. I couldn't do anything with my Nest thermostat to fix it, so I left a call for Lake's answering maching on Sunday, just to get on the list to get it fixed. I received a call from Peggy at 7:45 am on Monday morning and it was fixed before noon. Both Peggy and Dave the serviceman were very competent and friendly and I was extremely pleased with the whole transaction.

Great Place for Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I've been a customer since 1992 with one of the companies they brought into their company and the service has always been excellent. They care about their customers and always make sure you are satisfied. They've replaced our water heaters, furnace and air conditioning. And they are right there when you need them. Give them a call when you need help with plumbing, heating or cooling.

Not sure what to say. Called them 4-6 months ago to fix 2 exhaust fans and get a bid for a new furnace. In a brand new house..The guy said he was going to office and was coming back. He never showed I called a few days later was told they would get back to me, no call. I called 2 weeks later spoke to I believe the service manager. Was told part was on order. Called about a month later to follow up again was told they would get back to me, no call. I give up. I get a bill in the mail about 5 months later. So I call them, talked to that same manager who says I vaguely remember this I dont know what happened. So he sets an appointment to come and look at it. Guess what NO SHOW NO CALL...... WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.
