Nicole L.The absolute most unacceptable business I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I am writing a review like this because I know how hard it is to find good employees these days. This experience is so bad I can hardly believe it. I had an appointment yesterday at 345pm. They called at 347pm to say they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for today at 12pm. I called at 1217pm to check in and they responded that he couldn't come until 6pm!!!! I said, you have to promise me he will be here at 6pm as this has already ruined my morning as we were waiting for him. I called them at 618pm and they said the technician can't make it!!!!! No reason and they don't have any record of the ""promise"" that they wouldn't reschedule again. I will NEVER use this company. EVER and I highly recommend no one else does either.
