First 1: No call no show. Call after time allotted
Day 2: Late, examined part, no communication.  I had to inquire
Day 3: Installed new water heater left without communicating he was done, was called back minutes later, it was leaking.  He came back, removed it, and left again without saying anything.  I had to call the office to ask if they were coming back or what was going on.
Day 4: Almost 2 weeks later installed.

Communication with staff was unpleasant.  Woman at the front refused to give me the guy's last name, said only John,  I talked to on the phone.  He was rude and short.  I asked her name and she said "Clara," when I asked her last name she replied "you don't need to know that."  

In between times I was told one time and they came another.  Also, they over scheduled me, then the next day called and said they were coming to install.  Last time they did end up installing it and did it pretty fast.  It is sad, I was wishing they were a solid company to refer.  I think what made it rough, more than not having a water heater for a while, was the poor customer service.  Very very rude to customers. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed with the lack of P.R. skills.

5 Stars for customer service and it started on the phone with Cody . Outstanding customer service ! super reasonable on service . Prompt Fast Friendly and the cheapest on the lake , I did check too and sent a company away yesterday. Thank you Cody

2 stars simply because the technician was polite. Had he not been, I wouldn't afford the second star. Through American Home Shield, we have had Lake Water Plumbing here twice. November 2022 and again in November 2023 for the same problem. A toilet that wouldn't drain. The tech was ill prepared and didn't have the equipment needed to correct the problem. Each time he tried something, he stated he needed one tool or another but didn't have them in his possession. He snaked the drain line but as soon as he contacted the blockage he would stop. He contacted AHS to get authorization to run a camera and they authorized up to $385. He located the clog and said it looked like construction debris which he then told the warranty company who then said that to fix it wasn't covered. The warranty covers installation failures. Either way, the tech left advising that we would need to schedule hydro-jetting. The following morning I went under and cut the pipe. Out comes the pipe contents into a bucket (just TP). Put the pipe back together and was done in roughly 10 minutes. The tech spent a good hour not fixing the problem that he could have remedied with the proper tools and or the desire to actually make a difference.

Knowing that this company and the home warranty company are two different entities, Lake Water Plumbing is the company that consumers have to depend on when needed and that just didn't happen. I paid a $100 service charge, AHS paid what ever they pay to them for the service call, and up to $385 for camera. That's a lot of money for nothing especially when the following morning, $6 for a coupler, 10 minutes, and a Sawzall fixed the problem. I also corrected a sag in the pipe which was visible on the camera (pipe section full of water).

Ultimately, Lake Water, you should approach a job with a desire to actually fix it in the most efficient and practical way possible. But hey, it's your business.

They scheduled 3 different appointments between 8-12 and NEVER showed up or called on any of them. When they did show up, there was NO plumber and they arrived in a car rather than a company van that would carry all necessary equipment to do an adequate job. I talked with the owner Cody and he said it was unacceptable the way I had been treated and HE assured me he would solve my issue himself if need be. Well, 15 days after my initial request for service, the 2 non plumbers that Cody had dispatched to my home to fix a shower clog, they failed to fix my clog and Cody would not accept my calls. Cody also failed to come and resolve my issue as he promised he would. I had another plumber from a different company show up that day and resolved my issue promptly. Amazing to me how Cody could lie to me on the phone regarding an issue I had with his company?!
